When little kids ask you about taking shrooms, you tell them that doing so can permanently damage their brains. You say some people are allergic and for them, taking psilocybin mushrooms causes heart failure.

infact after thinking about my blank humour in my first response, and that the thread OP might take my remark seriously i strickly advise you to do what MF has just posted or tell them to go read this book by Paul Stamets and seriously research, unless they are already purchasing them bagged and dried, then i would advise on dosage and 'scene' and 'setting'!

When your a kid your brain isn't fully developed, Doing shrooms can probably give them brain damage.

Also when your young you don't really know what to make of the world, I have met a few kids who have dropped acid.. ate shrooms ect..
and they seem really depressed and anxious all the time.

It's hard to get them to speak but when they do they talk about how they wish they never did drugs. I share my experiences to make them more comfortable about there trips, and thats when I see them to start open up.

btw im not a pedo lol......
I'm 19 and live in a small Canadian town called dundas, there really isn't much to do besides hang around random people and talk...

I did DXM frequently while in my teenage years, I am quite intelligent. And I would say that is much more suseptible at causing brain damage than 4-ho-dmt

Once you give your brain and body time to recover you should be good :P

Physiological effects on a child's mind can stay with them for a long time... trust me, i see it everywhere and its even happens with weed.

I know a 12 year old that smokes weed almost everyday, his mom bought him a pipe for his birthday last week...

Of course it's false info. We never said it was true in any way, we just posted that it would be a good thing to tell young children asking about shrooms.

Exactly what government propaganda bullshit are you referring to that talks about lying to little kids to stop them from taking drugs which they are too young to even understand, let alone handle without problems?

You really think that mushrooms were put on the planet for little children to take? Because that's what this thread is discussing- little kids taking mushrooms.

Try and give a shit about kids dude.

you sound like my girlfriend.

shrooms WERE put this planet for a reason.
not for kids.
but when they mature...
who knows.

mr. literal

why do you think the majority of any person sitting next to me (be it kid or adult) believes psychedelics CAN NOT HELP with their lives and all that they are is a drug?

its because their parents, the media, everyone who they are raised by tell them that it is a DRUG.
its implanted in their mind that there is NO GOOD from them.

i never said "a kid"
I did, however refer to everyone.
and just so happens a kid is a part of everyone.
but are you gunna be getting all defensive with me when this kid is eating mushrooms in 20 years?

no! you arn't because he made his own, grown up decision.
and maybe soon, this kid that is now an adult will be enlightened

Without the ritual and the cultural integration of psychoactive compounds - it is my opinion that children should not partake in chemicals that they cannot assimilate within their still limited understanding and comfort with the world and themselves. If some 13 yearolds in South America who have been hearing tales and stories about what happens when one ingests yopo (or whatever) over their entire lives are finally ready to become adults and use the drug to that end under the supervison of their elders then so be it. To let a couple of mall rats (no offense) hook down a very potent and often life changing chemical with little guidance, and no authentic purpose in mind is an invitation to disaster and a disservice to the young ones. (I believe that it is also an insult to the spirit of the mushroom in this case as well)
