Man I wish that I had some in flower that I could toss out. I have the light schedule opposite of the real time so I have to finish them out. I will post a pic of my outdoor area as soon as I can get home. :)

If you got plants in Veg you can put them outside. Even if they in flower they will finish outside trust me. Just watch for those frost nights up there in Sac.dirrtyd

I have all my veg plants outside now and am using the veg side for rooting clones at the moment. I am really afraid of the frost nights doing damage to them but I may toss the Redwood Kush outside to let her bulk up. I am just afraid to put her out there. If you are saying go for it I will! LOL

Hello Dirty D-
Question....
I just put 12 3'-4' plants into my greenhouse yesterday from my indoor veg room. I'm a little concerned about the long days of May ( California, Sierra Foothills) re-vegging the plants. The plants are a 9 week flowering strain, so looks like May 10-15th they will be finishing up. Will I need to rotate them into my DARK shed 12 hrs a night to finish, or will they finish O.K. just leaving them in the greenhouse?
If you have first hand knowledge, please share.
Thanks
TMB-

TMB when I did this last year they all finished the first week of May but they were showing signs of revegging. the ones that I just took the big buds off actually revegged and gave up some nice smoke in September. I'm working with strains that are supposedly 6 and 7 week finishers. Hope this helps . dirrtyd

would it make sense to have a greenhouse if you live in the caribbean? pretty close to the equator.
we have 12/12 sunlight from 6:45 am to 6:45 pm ..humidity at around 78 to 80%..temperatur +/- 26C ...during day...
the reason im asking this is because allthough there is sun 12 hrs a day, the plants are not receiving direct sun light 12hrs a day...
so would a greenhouse make sense? or will it get too hot? even with ventilation?
thanks

Nice! Unfortunately I have to wait till next weekend to pick up soil and the guy that was supposed to be helping me got stuck on daddy duty for the next 2 weekends so I will be prepping my grow solo. Can't wait to see your pics this weekend and if all goes well I will start an outdoor thread for myself and stop cluttering yours. ;)

One more note this morning was a good one with the time change my lights are coming on at 5:30 in the morning now. So I can now decrease the time on the back end to match outdoors. This is getting off to a great start going to pop some bagseed a friend gave came out of some train wreck. dirrtyd

Gave the gurls in the greenhouse a good dose of water yesteday. They are smelling good so the flush on these should be easy I will only give tap water the last two weeks. The buds are a little leafy but I will replant two for a reveg after I take the best buds off.dirrtyd

So you are gonna try and reveg? I was thinking about trying with my Redwood as well but I think I will just wait for the clones to take off. Hopefully all 3 root.. Keep it going man.. :)

I'm going to reveg the bud that came off those plants last year was amazing. I usually do the reveg plants along the fence line in very little soil basically a forgotten plant until Sept. The ones going in ground will be from clone and a couple of seed plants for sure. I got the DQ getting ready now thinking bout adding some grapefruit diesel clones to the mix. The speedway seedlings are taking off they will go into clear party cups until transplant. dirrtyd

Keep in mind all plants in my Greenhouse are flowering now. Also unless you use extra lighting with that greenhouse your plants will flower. Oh and another thing if you put a plant in there the first of May one plant could fill it up. I will only be putting two plants inside the greenhouse in the ground. Everything else outside I may construct another grennhouse in August or september depends on the weather. dirrtyd
