Anyone have suggestions on improving my air flow? I will give you a sketch of it instead of just pictures. I do not think the pictures supply you with a good enough view, thats the point right. For something to be discreet, nothing out of the normal, just a mini fridge.box.jpg

Notice that they all have purple stems, with the exception of one 4 post above this one (02-19-2011 03:32 PM) picture number 8. This plant has a completely green stem. What is the difference, what does this mean?
have they always been purple? maybe it's a sign of stress related to the upside down planting?

Been purple the whole time, also they were planted the same, in the same soil.
After a little bit of looking around I have determined nothing is wrong with them, unless the purpling graduates to browning. In that case it would be a P, or MG deficiency.

Gave them their first nutes yesterday, they looked sickly after wards. Today they have only rapidly grown and dont any signs of nute burn minus a little yellowing on one.

Day 15. Nuted them today, they look a little overwatered as they looked the same last time just no yellowing this time, (all within a couple hours after fert). Tomorrow they will burst with growth. ok some pics from today. I also did a little trimming to allow the new growth to flurish, and I fimmed one of my girl also, never done it before hopeing for the best.

I ran into a mold problem, because of the pots they were in.So I transplanted them into larger pots. only 4 of them, the rest are hanging out on the sidelines.

6 days later. 3 weeks old, what do you think? I have been feeding them some nuts and superthrive, each plant is completely different in the aspects of trimming, I want to test the best method for my box for maximum yeild, bought 6 42 watt 2700ks today =to 900 watts just for flowering. My first attempt at topping on one plant, was a success. I also fimmed another plant (completely trimmed not fan leaves now all new growth) and the fimm was a success with a total of 4 tops.

Nice. I couldn't tell you the yield, I'm still working on my first CFL grow. Looks like you have a good lighting setup though, more than I'm using. I'm flowering with 7x26w for 8 plants, which is going to actually be 6, I just can't keep the others outside yet. I'm expecting at least 1oz for each plant, 1.5-2oz per plant if I'm lucky.

Too bad for that mold. It's a problem several of my friends have had, just get rid of it. Try and continue, wand be very watchful over them now.

Put them into flowering yesterday, bought a 68 watt 2700k 300 eq
Do you like using the larger bulbs? I really think spreading the light with smaller wattage bulbs, like the 26w I mentioned. Using more of those as opposed to getting larger bulbs since they tend to produce more heat. I have a small box (2'x3') so maybe that's my own issue. I can't go that large though, I'm at my max temp, but I'll watch and see how yours all turn out. If its good, I might use a light setup like this in the future.
