Leaves droop when lights go out, any info would be gold!!

Sorry for the yellow photo quality, camera does that under the HPS lights, and they had just turned on.

But at least this was good timing before things changed (for the better)

Not sure if it is a problem or not, or if this is just a common thing that happens in the lighting cycle. When the lights are on (and have been on for a while) the plants are healthy, standing strong, growing faster than the second hand moves on the clock. There is little to no discolouration in the leaves or stems. the roots are white and healthy, actually gives me a hard on to look at their root systems being they are only 5 weeks old. The one in the back is an AMS seed called Caramelicious, and the front one is Paradise Seeds Opium, and as I mentioned they are 5 weeks old, obviously in a DWC painted black for algea control. I am using Cyco Grow A&B, Canna Rhizotonic, Superthrive (1 drop/bucket), Cyco Uptake & Cyco Silica, my pH is 6.6 and EC 2 in both buckets, I changed the nutes every 2 weeks when first started but this time and all future I am reducing to 1 weeks changes. They are in a 1m X 1m X 1.8m Mylare Ezi-Tent with 400w Lucagrow HPS in a cooltube. I keep them on a 18/6 light cycle, which brings me to the problem as shown in the photo.

After the lights go out, the leaves droop and look all limp, but when the lights come back on, they spring back to life and look 100% healthy. Does any one know what is going on if this is not supposed to be happening?

And what level should my water be in relation to the root mass or the net pot when they are this size?

I dont know about many straines but from my experience the cheese always does this, they even look dead some times.
Half way up the cage I usually do.

Thanks all for the reply and feedback, I even called the fella at the hydro shop to get some answers. I think I can stress less and find something else to worry about

Do you lay down when you sleep or you stand sleeping. It's sleepy time for them they will stand up a hr before the lights come back on.

it could also be the humidity being too high. some proper airflow may help
I don't know exact CFM of airflow but I would say I have provided very adequate flow with inline fans, pushing and pulling, plus oscillating desk fan swinging, and as per my humidity gauge within the tent, I am running between 45%-55% humidity, with the odd 65% on the day after a rain and the sun cracking down on things outside.

The fella at the hydro shop just suggested to lower the level of water in the DWC, but when doing this make sure my air pump is going full balls and never gets turned off. His reasoning for this was to control the amount of water the roots suck up in the leaves as it's the water weight in a period of inactive photosynthesis ("sleepy" as Blkchv so comically put it) so they do droop. Also, reducing down a little will expose the upper roots to more Oxygen saturation if the water level gets a little warmer than I am currently holding it at (which is 19 deg Celcius), as the water does not hold oxygen well when it reaches about 23-24 deg Celcius, and escapes so exposing a small portion of the roots will capture any loose oxygen.
