I am starting to doubt my plants sexuality...

I bought some AK47 seeds off the internet from merry ol' England and germinated them. Once they were about 2' (70cm) I cloned them and put the clones under 12/12. After 2 weeks the boys had balls and the girls had pistils and so I killed the males and continued to veg the females. I have been vegging the females for 4 months so I can take clones of them.
While one plant looks like it is normal looking the other one looks like it might be pre-flowering but it definitely looks different.
I'm starting to think one is male and one is female, that's how different they look.
But I saw what I thought were pistils on both.

well start cloneing of both tag clones from which plant they came from then flip the 2 plants into flowering and find out what you really got you can still clone 2 weeks into flowering off lower branches
and if you got a male kill it and the clones you cloned it from

I agree, but the other one doesn't exhibit the same characteristics, but has white pistils coming out of the calix. Is it possible that only one is showing preflowers while the other does not?

You most likely have two different pheno types. But if you're worried about the sex, take a cardboard tube from a paper towel roll, and put it over one of your branches. In 2 weeks, the covered area will produce flowers without changing your light cycle. Hope this helps.
