so i was chilliin w my boy and he dropped 3tabs of acid for his first trip. nothing happened to him. the kid who he go them from said they were bomb and as a close friend, he had faith in him, but still w no effects. my boy is on daily doses of xanax and someone said that they inhibit lsd, but idk about that. anyone ever hear that antidepressants inhibit the acid??

having anxiety causes you to be depressed due to the overwhelming pressure you feel, xanax has antidepressant like qualities and is used for both anxiety and depression

Upjohn could not launch XANAX as an antidepressant BUT AS AN ANTIANXIETY MEDICATION "THAT DOES NOT CAUSE DEPRESSION" , XANAX WAS LAUNCHED and later it was found to be the best treatment for many cases of generalized anxiety disorder, and particularly useful in the treatment of PANIC DISORDERS .

"In my opinion this medication in its new form (XR) should be now investigated as an ANTIDEPRESSANT, since originally Xanax was developed and initially approved by the FDA as an ANTIDEPRESSANT. It is safe at low doses and in its XR form is administered only once per day" "Xanax is a derivative of an antidepressant also from Upjohn and has also a benzodiazepine molecule. This group are called triazolobenzodiazepines " alot is up for interpretation, its not what they call it but what mechanism it goes by.

All mood stabilizers are actually anti seizure medications... Most drugs are multi-use - look at cannabis for instance.

Take a tab yourself and see if anything happens?

wish i could, it was a special import from someone at college (and i got dicked outta the deal), gotta wait till the summer to give ol lucy a try. it like impossible to get where im at. but supposidly its flooding in New paltz. so i gota wait till hes on summer vaca

I have done quite abit of research on this, myself I am on cymbalta, alot of places state that before use of any halluc. you should not be on any seratonin drug. I do not know about Xanax being in the seratonin uptake drug, but I know quite a few people that are taking it for depression. I don't advise going of a depression type drug without consulting your pyhsician first. For example, I have been slowly weaning myself for the last year, with input from my pyhsician. 90mg to 60 and then to 30. Good Luck

Shouldn't things be defined by their use? If I pick up my mug and hammer a nail in with it then for the time I was hammering it was a hammer - I wasn't mugging my nail. You wouldn't call a knife a thin piece of metal if you are cutting with it. If I stab you with a screw driver I assaulted you with a weapon - they don't write stabbed with house hold appliance fixer as I was obviously not repairing an appliance.

But I eat ponies :)
