What is the ratio on the feed that you are using?
All though they look good if they were mine i would switch them to a very low nitrogen feed at this point with a high p,k ratio to swell those flowers.
All looks fine though:blsmoke:

Natmoon, Is this enough Info to Answer your question?

Advanced Sensi Bloom A&B: 275 ML EACH
Carbo Load: 125 ML
B-52: 250 ML
Sensizyme: 300 ML
CalMag: 200 ML
Big Bud: 300ML
920 PPM before calmag, 1090 with calmag, 5.6 PH

This is what I add to 35 gallons of R/O water.

I would have added 300 ML of the B-52 but I only had 250. Need to restock on supplies tomorrow.

Man i wouldn't have a clue whats in those products lol:mrgreen:
I say what i say because i can see that you have a lot of leaf growth and that your plants, especially being the strain that they are, could use less available nitro and more p&k.

I have found with my own sativas and sativa hybrids that it is never a good idea to give them to much nitrogen in their feed once you've started flowering, some people feed them none at all.

The reason for this is to stop them stretching and ending up with tall skinny sativas with lots of leaf and fluffy buds.
Only use a nitrogen based feed for this kind of strain when the leaves look like they need some, this will force the flowers to grow fat and the leaves to stall.:peace::joint:

Natmoon,

When my lights go on tonight, I will check the N/P/K of these nuts. I remember thinking that either the A or the B of the sensi bloom seemed to have a fair amount of nitrogen, the other one has zero. as far as the B-52, and big bud I am pretty sure these products are low on the Nitro.

Anyway, I will get this info in about 4 hours.

Thanks for the Insight Natmoon. I will definiately check into this closer.

No worries mate.
If you take a look in my grow journal at the last pages pics and look at my sativa hybrid in my airbasket you can see what i mean,i think.
All though i have stretched her i only stretched her as much as i wanted her to stretch and now she should hopefully just get fatter and fatter.

Sativas can get extremely fat if you feed them a lot of p&k and carbs and lay of the nitro for as long as possible.
As soon as you see some lower leaf yellowing though give them a little bit and then back it of again.
This is what i do anyway, hope it works out for you:blsmoke:

Hey Natmoon,

Advanced Sensi Bloom A & B has as follows for N/P/K

Sensi A... 4.3-0-3.1
sensi A also has Calcium, Iron, Magnesium

Sensi B... 1.5-4.6-5.7

Now the sensi A has a high amount of Nitrogen, And seeing as I already add CalMag which has my calcium, iron and Magnesium, could I just stop adding the Sensi A? Or do you suggest I change to another brand or type of Nutrient.

Thanks for the in site into the Sativa.

I have never grown with a hydroponic system so that is something you would need to check with someone who is well versed in hydroponics as i think that hydro plants have different requirements than soil.

All though my methods work well for soil i would prefer it if you asked someone who is good with hydro stuff before you do it just in case its not a good idea in a flood and drain setup.
Seems like it would be the same principle for hydro as soil but soil can lock some nitrogen into it whereas yours is flushed away.

In theory this sounds to me like it would be fine but as i am not 100% positive and know eff all about hydro growing i cant be of more help, sorry:blsmoke:

Thanks NatMoon for the constructive advice,
But from further thought on this Nitrogen matter. I am adding 300 ML each of Big Bud and of B-52, to 150 ML of the Sensi Bloom Part A, which has the 4% nitrogen. So I think My N is with in reason. The buds are forming nicely. The TRICHS are really starting to POP all over the place. The leafs are sticking up and stretching for the light, the growth spurt has slowed down. I see no reason to change the Nuts at this time. But I will keep that in mind next weekend when I do a Nut change out.

Maybe next nut change I might lower the Sensi bloom and boost the Big Bud and B-52 a little. I was going to do that this just, with out lowering the Sensi Bloom. But the Advice from CaliGrown was to go very, very easy on nuts with train Wreck. So I am gun shy.

Looking really excellent, how long to go? My GH nutrients are zero N (Floraripen) for the last two weeks, which start on Friday. If the last lot was anything to go by, this is where it all happens. Sorry to say, I am not an experienced Hydro grower (I wonder what Earl uses?) but the buddage is smokable so far. I am trying for 8oz's from 16 SOG plants in a metre square using 310 watts, incl 60watts of tanning UV

Glad you liike them Tahoe, Thanks.

Hey Psyclone, I think you should be able to get 8 OZ's easy out of that. The wattage on your light seems low for a meter square area though. Hope all goes well for you.

Cheers M'Lud. Thats sort of why it's my goal-I feel if I can do this, or get close, then I can stop buying bits of kit and focus on edging up the yield with what I have. There is one more purchase on the way, whih is 4x28 watt full spectrum LED nursery growlights-each is reported to replace a 250 watt HID/MH. I am slightlyunconvinced, but feel it has to be worth a punt-the low temps should enable me to keep an indoor thing going over Summer to supplement the garden.
Really looking forward to seeing your grow cut-I think we may be on a similar schedule. Good luck.

Psyclone,

It is my opinion that those LED lights are only good to suppliment a MH or HPS light. But to each his own. I also am thinking about getting a few of the LED lights, but I think I will wait a year or two more until they have the technology down better.

Once again, this is just my opinion.

Ok,
I am in the 4th week of flower. I thank you all for you suggestions. I have been listening close to some of you.

My plantsd are not growing so fast anymore, But these buds are EXPLODING!!!!!!! The buds are getting huge so fast now, and the sugar is loading on fast.

I do think I am going to take Natmoons advice. But I am not going to cut out the Nitrogen in the Sensi bloom. I am just going to give it a bigger ratio with the bloom inhancers I am useing.

I am not showing pictures of this time because i want you all to be able to notice the difference.

These plants are so healthy, that I have full fans standing straight up in the air. I mean straight up.

This week end, I think I am going to break out my 400 watt HPS light also. Only think is, is this. It has an internal ballest, which might heat up my room, so the first night I will try it for 2 hours and see what happens, and build from there. I have a temp system that tells me low and high temps. I will push it to where it reads 85 degrees while the second light is on. I am hopeing I can put this light on a total or 6-8 hours during this stage, I will cycle this light on and off maybe 3-4 times during this time to try and combat the heat it will produce. I do not believe a plant will hermie under these conditions.

I think to many new growers are HermiePhobic.

Stay tuned for up coming pictures. I hope you will like them.

Ok, I still have half a (J) left and a full 20 ouncer. so here lets talk about the Hermiphobic.

Some of the growers seem to think you look at you plants wrong, they will Hermie. You leave a light on, you will hermi them. Your pumps stop, oh my GOD,, they will hermie!!!! What the hell is up with this???

I do at least one or two of these items each grow on accident, and have not to this day seen a HERMIE!!!

(Knock on Wood)....

I think Hermies do happen, but not as often as people might think.

Most of the time it happens, it is a newbie grower, who thought he had a female, and it was really a male.

But then again, this is just my opinion. I have not had any hermies, maybe I have just been very, very lucky. I mean.. People do think I live a Charmed life and all. ROFLMAO

What do you all think about Hermies, and how often they happen?
