My Brother is TOO Funny!

So, a few weeks back my bro and his girl came over for dinner and he sampled my edibles and my own homegrown buds. Now, he will not smoke any weed he considers to be inferior (I always call him a weed snob because he refuses to smoke the weed I used to buy). So, we smoke up a big fat bong of my Chocolate Rain and he's blown away that I grew it myself. I try explaining that it's the strain and that I pulled my male ASAP, so no seeds. My yield was shit, but yeah, some great smoke! But now he thinks I'm some sort of pot goddess and he wants to rent a house near me and have me " manage" some big f***ing grow op he wants him and his buddy to finance.
That is just too funny! I admit, this time around I have learned ALOT and my new ladies are super full and bushy, even before I topped them. BUT, I did a crappy job on my first grow, only a little more than an ounce, dry off 4 plants. I really don't think that qualifies me to run some huge op. And even if it did, that is the last thing I want! I'm a Mom, I have 4 kids to think about. I just wanna grow my own weed, not sell it. He is still hounding me to just "think about it"!
I think I'll change my name to Mary Jane, Queen of Pot! LMFAO!

I'm all about stealth. Nobody would ever suspect me of growing weed. Most people don't even know I smoke it. Only my bro, his girl and my Hubby know I grow. Even though my brother wants me to grow for him and his buddy, he never told the guy that I grow. He does know I smoke, he's been my bro's bf for 20 years, but even if my brother told him, I wouldn't worry. He's good people, plus he lives in a different state, so there would be no advantage for him to open his mouth. Anyway, no one would care about my little grow, it's too small to be worth it.

Take it as a compliment, don't sell yourself short, maybe not a S***load, but you grew some good MJ. Some of us inexperienced MJ growers want to get all caught up in the yield, paying less attention to just how good what we have really is. Hopefully, the more we grow the bigger and better our final product will get. Maybe you can advise your Bro on how to grow from a distance, without being physically involved. Don't jeopardize your family's well being.

I already told him I can't be involved in any way. Anyway, I told him to go apply for a medical card, but he says it wouldn't matter cause you can't grow in NJ even with a card. And I have also tried to explain that I AM NOT qualified to be advising anyone how to grow! I'm still learning myself! Jeez, all I did was read a ton of threads here on RIU and some books. Anyone who can read can do the same!

yeah, maybe have him sign up on RIU and start studying. he will see that its not as easy as putting a seed in dirt and waiting lol

I did and gave him a couple of books I had on growing. I told him he needs to let his lease expire and buy or rent a house so he'd have a nice secure place to grow. I also told him to marry his girl, have a couple of kids, then come see me! I did offer to grow any of my seeds out just for him next grow.

Well, he hadn't told him yet, at that point. I really don't think he thought my weed would be up to his high standards. As if just because I can't afford to spend $100 on an eighth means I can't grow weed HE'd spend $100 on. Anyone can with the right strain and a little research and effort!

I said he wanted me to. I ALSO said I woudn't any way, because of my kids and because I just want to smoke it, that's it!! Now, I am laughing about it, I think it's a hoot that Mr. Cannasuer wants me to grow pot for him, that's all! I'm the last person in the world that would ever sell weed, that would mean less for me to smoke! GET REAL, it's ALL MINE, but I'll share, for free, not for money and only with an extremely small group of people.

I am not worried about my HUSBAND getting custody of my kids, if I were ever to get caught, I'd happily give it to him. That's the same as me having custody of them. We're married, thus the term husband. He happens to be a pretty damn fantastic husband and father. He is also my soulmate and we will always be together. It's called love and marriage and family. You should try it, it's great!

My oldest wants to be a cop. I hope she doesn't bust me! She's the only one old enough to possibly have a clue. The other 3 have no reason to know, they wouldn't be caught dead near the dreaded laundry room, they might be asked to help fold!
