Can nute burn cause clear hairs to turn red? My plant got nute burn and a day or two later a few of the hairs turned red(almost brownish) and shrunk. It wasn't that bad of nute burn just the tips and sides of fan leaves burned. A week later a good amount of hairs started getting that natural red you see. Anyways it would be great to know for future grows. I'm at eight weeks now and should be done flowering in 2 more weeks.

Yes, stress in general can cause hairs to turn early. Wind burn does this commonly as well.

as does not washing your hands clean after smoking a ciggy and then grabbing stuff to look for aphids....it'll even outright kill the flower.

at 8 weeks in you should be fine...when its getting ready to finish up they will turn reddish brown and start to pull in a bit...should start at the top and slowly work its way down the plant

Yeah, that sounds normal.

Watch out for how you might be contaminating your plants. Taht can cause more harm in less time than you might realize.
