hi guys lets say somebody wants to get a average of 200oz each crop indoor what would be recomended ?
surface ?
watts?
how many lamps ? ex : 10 x 400wtts or 4x1000wtts
how many extractors ?
best strains ?
how many plants ?
how many crops can u get in 12 months ?
any realistic help would be appreciated would like to analize different types of setups and budgets

A shit load of light, even the chinky commercial growers wouldnt hit that every crop you would draw attention to yourself with the amount of leccy you would need also be looking at some serious bird if caught with that amount. The best system would be NFT IMO the large multi duct ones as its easy to keep on top of res changes and PH/EC. Theres a guy on here that hits about 70oz if i remember right with 20 plants under 4/5 600w so double that up and add a bit more. No way i'd fancy all that in my drum.

to pull that each crop you will need two green thumbs, thousands in capitol, and huge balls of steel. seriously though you will need 15000w+ of light ample ventilation and cooling. and incredible logistic skills to keep everything running smoothly. plus tons of help to maintain the garden and process the harvest. not to be an ass, but this is one of those questions that if you need to ask it you probably cant pull it off.

i belive i know quiet a lot and i probably can work out all that on my own but there is always people with new ideas techniques etc ....
as for elctricity u can use a lpg generator and u good no high bills to worry about
nice insulation thermal n soundproof a/c
i reckon between 8000 to 10000watts shud be good
prob use between 20/25 400wtt hps
all hydro
co2 system
different room for mother plants and cuttings
probably use ppp seeds wonder woman seeds cheese seeds or amnesia seeds b52 seeds arjans haze big yielder basically
4 plants under each lamps wich will be 80 to a 100

now thats the kind of info im looking for i know about the prison time i know it will be a full time job
i know its probably a 2-4 person job
i know it will cost a lot of money to set up

my goal is to try to demonstrate that all that is possible + im curious to c how people will have a different approch to it all
im looking for ideas and facts not opinions really dont mind u adding ur point at the end but please stick to facts

ps : if average 3 oz per plant wich shud be easily doable as 100 per plant with that kind of set-up shud get 240 oz with 80 plants
saying that coz as u may know u shud average 1 gram per watt on a good hydro setup
and im averaging down

but again how would u do it with details please opinion really is secondary

Sure, here's a fact: you'll spend waaaaaaay more money on LP gas, regular gas, or diesel fuel running the humongous generator(s) that you will need if you're not using home electricity.
not to mention the noise, the pollution, etc.
With absolutely NO respect I ask you please pull your head out of your ass.
If it was cheaper to run gens instead of purchasing it from the Elec. Co., don't you think EVERYBODY would be doing it?

the space you have availiable is a key factor here and without that its all whatever ya know so give us some dimensions here, give us something - anything

how many lamps ? ex : 10 x 400wtts or 4x1000wtts: At least 10 x 600w HPS
how many extractors ? what?
best strains ? google is your friend
how many plants ? 70 plants in 5 gallon pots for a hopeful yield at 3 ounces per plant (A skilled grower could easily double that, IMO)
how many crops can u get in 12 months ? Depends on the strain, 8 week? 9 week? 10+ weeks? Pick one and divide it by 52, not counting veg time...
any realistic help would be appreciated would like to analize different types of setups and budgets

Realistically if you are going to put this much effort into your grow I would say just save your money.

This would be a full time job for sure. 12+ lbs each turn might be possible on paper but no way in hell out of 300 sq feet with 1 person tending and trimming. A standard 2 car garage in the US is around 380 to 400 sq ft. I have seen one with 8 1000 watt bulbs burning with an EXPERT grower steering the ship and he still was only hitting 8 to10lbs dry max and it was a clusterfuck the whole way. Controling the room was rough when flowing that much water. Temp, humidity,insects, nutes... makes me tired even thinking about it. Max I've ever had fired up was 4x1000 and I still have the callous on my index finger and thumb from trimming that shit 3 years ago. Good luck but Im happy being a hobbiest at this point.

300 gallons + soil/coco

15x meter squared drip trays

alot of nutrients
alot of electric
alot of time
one person could do it but it would be a full time op
