Happy 420 homey!!!
Thanks Ganja !
Same to you my friend !

not even 100% sure... im think its been about 5 weeks... shits tiny!! u can check out my thread in my sig. im bout to post sum pics of the floja... just put her into flowering yesterday
Most def a DPD thing.
Maybe I'll hit up Subcool for some info.
Matter of fact, I have his first Dank book and it's in there too, on page 64 ! lol
DPD (Sputnik 1.0 {Pinky pheno} x Black Russian) and Sub said it's the largest outdoor plant ever produced by TGA.
Tastes too much like Kush so Sub didn't like it.
The non-purple, White phenos are more potent due to more Apollo-13 traits.
Largest outdoor yield was 14lbs !!! ooh wee

Today is Veg Day 29 (from seed).
Thick ass canopy after alot of trimming, which also made secondary branches reach more for the light and are now at the net.

Underneath, with still a lot of foliage of course. These will end up in the net and above come bloom and the stretch.

Dried and still moist leaves from the last week of trimming as needed.

Yeah man SCROG looks pretty bad ass and Flo knows what he's doing. I have 8 foot ceiling so I'm not sure if it would help ..

Thanks H4V !

I plan on chucking some pollen.
I have this male and hopefully no more ! lol
I also have some Gorilla Grape pollen I plan on hitting the DPD with since half of the GG is DPD.
As far as the current male, I'm cutting all but the 2 main branches off so I can allow him some space to grow, then clip those and collect pollen.
He may only get 4 squares at most so he's not taking up too much space.
So all in all, every female is getting hit with both male, SR71 and GG, pollen.
Now I need at least one Chernobyl and one DPD to most def be a female.

I would like to do some breeding if I had the space and time and genetics lol
would be cool to have your own personal strain.

How do you go about collecting the pollen, and making sure that it wont accidentally pollinating your females? I know you can just apply it with a brush after you get it though.

I just got the keep alive oxygen you used to have in your sig. I didnt realize that it didnt plug in the wall. Can you just splice any cable and plug it into the wall? Or do I have to use a battery? If so, how long would that last?

I've never really been into breeding. Always too concerned with getting some quality sinsemilla.
So am I, so that's why I only pollinate a branch or 2 ! lol
You can still end up with about 100 seeds.

I keep a close eye on the male, and usually after 7 to 10 days of Bloom I clip a branch or 2 that has nice swollen pollen sacs.
If the branch is long enough, you can put it in a cup of water and let it lean over the side and drop it's pollen onto a sheet of wax paper.
Or poke a hole in a styrofoam cup big enough for the bottom of the branch to slide through and into another cup which contains water.
The pollen will fall into the first cup with the hole.
I sit the cup where there is no breeze and give the branch a gentle shake once the sacs start to open over the course of a day or two.
Each day I collect what has fallen and pack it separately.

Look at the cord on the keep alive that is attached to the battery clamps.
Read the gauge and voltage, then go to Wal Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. and buy an extension cord with the matching info printed on it.
Look really good bcuz some are easy to read and some aren't.
Splice the extension cord and match up the neg and pos sides to your spliced batter clamp cord.
The rest is a copy and paste :

    • 1 Ensure that all electrical power on either side of your wires is off. Either unplug it if you are using an appliance, or turn off the circuit breaker if you are working on home wiring.

    • 2 Remove 1 ½ inches of wire from the end of both wire using the strippers. Locate the size of wire you are using, clamp the strippers around them and pull the stripper toward the end. This should remove 1 ½ inches of plastic insulation around the wires, exposing the metal.

    • 3 Touch both wires at the mid point of their exposed ends. Tightly twist the wires together all the way to their ends. Snip off the end of the combined wire.

    • 4 Twist the plastic wire connector clockwise around the bare wires. Push down hard until you are sure the wires are securely between the connector.

    • 5 Give each individual wire a tug to ensure that they are securely connected. Wrap the plastic connector and the wires in electrical tape to ensure that the connection does not slip.

I noticed my air hose, when connected to the pump, doesn't have any air flow. I put my mouth to the air hose and there's no air flow at all. Is this how it's supposed to be, or do I need to drill out the pump so there's flow? I put an allen key in the filter/air hose manifold to measure the depth and I can't see it looking from above.

I just looked over the top of the manifold with a flashlight and it's definitely not an elbow. It seems to be blocked/solid? Thanks!

As for the male branch, do you keep in the same room as the rest so you still get 12/12/ lights? or do you move it to a different room altogether? And what about the new female branch thats pollinated. Do you have to cut it and collect the seeds before they hatch? Not quite sure how that works.

No, I take the males branch out the bloom area.
At that point not much light is needed, so even a window ledge will work or a cfl.
Males drop pollen as early as 10 days into bloom.
He gotta bust that load early she gets to making them offspring with enough time for them to develope.
When I go in with a model paint brush, I turn off all fans including the extraction fan so there's no current and also before lights on.
Then with a SLOW and steady, I paint the pollen onto my selected branches.
Wait about an hour at most and then mist them with a water bottle to kill any rogue pollen, or don't mist and maybe get a few scragglers here and there in the rest of the grow.
A few extra seeds here and there doesn't bother me since I don't sell but give instead to a select few.
I do this when she has 6 weeks left before harvest because she needs 4 - 6 weeks to make enough VIABLE seeds.
At harvest time I trim, hang dry and cure as usual.
After at least a 2 to 3 week cure, I start smoking and collecting seeds as I come across them when I pack bowls ! lol
A grinder can be used too, but careful not to crush the seeds.

Oh alright cool thanks. Thats awesome, doesnt seem to be too bad making your own strains.

Anyone who bought one of of these pumps know the answer for why my elbow doesnt seem to be an actual elbow? Thanks

don't forget the oxygen is 12v before you plugging into a 110v outlet & depending on what size gph as to how much load it draws,

the 360 gph is 1A
460 gph 2A
1100gph is a whopping 6A

check which one you have then all you need is a 12v power supply & match the amperage draw, 1 lil tip.. a lot of modems n crap have 12v 1.2A power supplys, well 2 of mine do..lol
