Recently i had some weight fronted out to one of my boys who usually does good work. but this time ended up differently. He didnt pick up my calls for two days when he owed for a LB and a half. so then he calls me on monday, and claims to have goten ratted out. he went to serve some one two zips and got pulled at a gastation because his car supposedly matched car that was in a burglary( ??) search and find the two oz, then ask where the rest of the weed is, tell us or we will get a warrant to search your house.. so he complies and takes the "plain clothed" cops to get the rest of the weed and money at the house..... him and his boy says that they were taken to a warehouse and an ally and questioned. They wanted him to flip on me and he told them that he wasn't going to do that. So they then gave him the choice to help do some dirty work for them in there town ( i am in a town across the state.) But end of the story... he doesnt get arrested, left it has the officer was going to call him and if he decided to leave town a warrant would be issued for his arrest. ?????????? HIS HE BULLSHITTING ME? why would they not charge him. he owes me 7000$$ . Would they really let him go? is there any statute of limitations for a charge like this???? There is no proof that any of this happened. What a damper on my 420

You really shouldn't be fronting out anything if you weren't ready for this.Find him and beat thehell out of him for trying to rob you then take your shit back and his money.

Completely plausible, but sounds fishy. Statute of limitations is shit from the movies man, no crime has a statute of limitations. You can be charged at anytime if the police have evidence of a crime and the DA thinks the case is strong. Besides all this the police still need time to do lab analysis on the contraband. That can take weeks in some cases. I would stay away from "your boy" if I were you.

this is complete bullshit.. the only crime that doesn't have a statue of limitations if murder, every other crime most certainly does..

i'm not knocking it beardo, i tend to agree.. i like to walk around the food court and when i eye up someone eating something that looks good, i'll pull out a hair or two and put it on their plate and follow them over to the trashcan after they toss it, i'll quick pull it out... truth or lie....

it was a lie, but not for the reason's ur saying beardo.. i've been broke enough, just been rather fortunate and had some willing people who gave a down an out brother a leg up...

I did it when I was a bumb, sometimes just how you described, lurking in the food court watching untill you were done eating, sometimes I would just keep it classy and ask for leftovers in front of pizza resteraunt. Grateful I don't do that anymore. Now I leave my leftovers for bumbs, the cycle continues.

Yeah keep believing that..... Read about recovered memory in sexual assault cases (clock stopper). Dude in criminal cases they will do whatever they want, maybe civil cases they will not pursue the case. My point is the prosecutor can press any charge they want at any time and its up to you to prove otherwise. I know these are facts because the internet says so.....LMAO...
