Nah, not yet CHB.
Still waiting on these slow movers, but they are making a dash for the net now.
Unless they change colors late in Bloom, I may have the more potent green phenos right now.
Oh well, still have 7 more beans to crack so I know I'll find purple goodness in their.

Good luck on finding the purple headed monster...you prolly got one in the ruff..jus didnt show yet...you gonna try to to make F4's? i heard OG had probs with that gen...i hope it works out dude

yeaaa. the one i put into flowering a week or so ago is deff pickin up now... doing ALOT of growing lately. notice new growth everyday. this is how my last one was as well. and its wierd.. the one with the green stem (which is the 1st 1 i put into flowering/biggest one) has pushed out leaves that start off with a shade of purple... adn then fade back to green..... and the 2 with the purple stems never pushed out any purple leaves....? wierd. well the 1st ones female... soo we'll see if any purple comes from her.. gonna paint on sum Gorilla Grape pollen on this Floja as well... Mmmmmmmmm.. bet that will be a nice breed... Douple Purple Doja x Purple Erkle x Flo..... Mmmmmmmmmm

It was his mother DPD that was a picky girl.
She would only make 40 - 50 seeds at a time.
I don't think I'll have that prob, but if I do then I don't mind, as long as she makes SOME viable beans.

I've never seen a seedling start off with purple leaves, on any strain.
The colors usually come into effect once Bloom has been initiated, after a few weeks (3 - 4).
If you notice the DPD pic, the plant and all leaves are green like an "ordinary" MJ plant, but the pistils and calyxes are what turn colors.
So it ain't over for us yet ! lmao

Man that purple pic is something else. I'e never actually seen purple buds like that. What's the deal with purple ie more potent, better taste etc?

It's widely agreed upon that MOST purple strains are less potent than say a "green" phenotype.
Mostly a "fad" for bag appeal and a selling point, but there are some purps known to hit hard too.
I don't sell so I could care less about bag appeal.
I just want to be able to chalk my name up on the list of few growers that actually grew AND smoked DPD ! lmao

Id agree with that consensus..i used to do alota blueberry and blue off shoots...greeners were always the slammers..but i grew the purple ones for the sweet taste..and packing a burple bowl is just plain fuckin tight lol and yur right ... they hold thier own in potency if you find a good one sometimes there better than the greeners.

One of the nicest purple strains i smoked was called " Monkey Pal" i havnt seen it around for about 18 years now...i believe it was a Durban x ..but had light purple buds and leveled the mind..had that sweet purple taste to...i dont WHAT people say..purple is a taste LOL

thats a good list to make! go ballz deep!
