White Widow and Afghan Kush Harvest

Finally harvested the girls... I gotta say, for my first grow I think I did fairly well.

DWC with 400 watt HPS.
All Canna nutes

1 White Widow - wet weight of ~18oz
1 Afghan Kush - wet weight of ~7.5oz

Anyone else seen leaves that try to grow bud? Seemed pretty odd to me.

Took some of the trim and made BHO, 6 hours later I'm still completely baked.

yes it was. She was a slow starter but took off once I went 12/12.... Still didn't produce as much as I had hoped, but still decent.

They vegged for 4 weeks and flowered for 9 weeks. Yep, that shot is entirely the two plants. Everything in that back row of the shot plus the few on the front left are from the WW. The rest of the front row is Afghan.

Everything just got put in jars so I'll be able to get a good estimate of my dry weight tomorrow... till then

What kind of lights soil and nutes did you use?

DWC setup with 400w HPS & a 15 gallon tank.
Humidity, ambient air temp and water temp were all closely monitored. No co2 was used.
Used all Canna nutes. Rhizotonic, Cannazym, Boost, PK, Aqua Vega and Aqua Flores. (also a dash of CalMag here and there)

how tall were they at chop time? Did you chop for 2 mian colas?

The ww was ~6.5 feet (2m) and the afghan was ~6 feet (1.8m). & Unfortunately I didn't learn of topping until after the opportunity had passed.

I put everything in jars the other day... looks like I've got 4 oz of WW and 2.5 oz of Afghan. The WW lost a lot of weight while hanging.

Now for the worst part... staring at all of this beautiful bud and not being able to smoke any of it for weeks... The wait will be worth it though.
