Ok, I have a better idea of what you are saying.

Since you want a cool tube, you essentially have two seperate areas in your box(red/green squares). So you might as well cool the tube own its own. Bring the air from the outside, through the tube and straight out. Then there is no need to attach the filter there.

No need to make the fan work that hard pushing through a filter AND cool your HOT light. Have your more powerful fan at the top to cool the light, and work on a NON-restricted air path.

Have a fan in your main chamber PULL through your filter the recirculate the air in your box with fresh air, and keep the smell down.

I hope the picture makes sense?!?!

this is the top view. light is more evenly dispursed this way
Ok, also I see how you want to turn that light, it makes sense. I would just reccommend that you take out as many bends as possible in that air path. If you like my idea up top, no need to attach a filter to that sealed cool tube, so you should be able to create a smoother/straighter airflow path, maybe even direct out of the FRONT/BACK with no tubing needed at all. Your box would be cooler the straighter you have that path.

Here is what I mean. I attached the top view in the picture. You could make sure you have space to vent directly out this way in the pic.

Just suggestions of course.

yeah less bends is less resistance, hence the pvc corners. heat rises so that is why i wanted to have the fan filter cooltube all up top. was looking at a 150ish cfm fan. should be more then enough. i was this thing to be as stealth as possible so thats why i wanted to have as little things to plug in or as little holes for intake and exhaust. now this is all pending what shape and size dresser i find to mod out.

i just realized you did some drawing on the top view lol completely missedthat. good idea with cool tube i could always leave one end open and use a 80mm or 120mm fan to pull over it from the air inside the cab

Ya, that's pretty much how I am going to construct mine. With air being pulled over the light from the cab through my enclosed light fixture on the one open end.

right on man hows the cab been doing havent seen an update in a while
I'll get some pics later on tonight.

But jeez man, this JH is taking forever. Must be the haze type strains that really take a long time. Already on day 74, and these things are still sprouting calyx hairs. No signs of browning yet anywhere. I'm a bit worried as I suck at keeping my leaves green the later into flower I get. The NL would be done for sure by now.

haze is notorious for taking longer to finish. im the same with you my purple mazar is yellowing alot. i gave her some grow nutes to try and help that. she still has alot of white hais. not sure if my pollination attempt worked lol. well see

Here is the little young JH (Group E).

Here are some shots of the two mature JH (Group D). They two were raised the same way, same time, but they are a bit different. One seems like the buds are still waiting to bust, like it's not been in flower long.

And Finally here is the Bagseed I have in veg (Group F). Gonna be a while till I can move the JH out. So this might be a long veg for these guys.

looking good that one plant needs to do some filling in for ya. how much longer you gunna give em?
Can't say as I've never grown this before? But I know as of right now, they are nowhere near being ready. The one JH that looks normal, it looks like it has another 3 weeks minimum based on how it has been growing. No real signs of browning yet.

The other one, haha it might have even longer based on how it needs to fill in some more.

All I gotta say though, is this better be some INSANE smoke based on how long it is taking!!!

I'd say the height of my pots are about 6 inches. And measuring from the soil to the top of plant about 12 inches on average. This is about the same for the 1/2 gallon AND 2 gallon pots that I've been using.
