Sexing Help Needed

Good Luck. From what I have read on here and been told, what ever nute strength it says to use off the bat per gallon of water, use a 1/4 of it and slowly build it to 1/2, the 3/4, to full strength. And use regular water everyonce in awhile to flush salt deposits out. And make sure your pots have holes at the bottom to allow for drainage.
 
if there 12 inches or bigger you can put them in 12/12 to sex them males will have balls female will have hairs coming from seed pod.
 
So in the process of switch nutri strengths I noticed tiny blackish dots. One is on the underside of a leaf and another is on the stem. I tried to see if I could scratch it a little to see if it moves but it did nothing. Here are 2 of the best pics I got of it. Ideas on how to fix this would also help besides knowing what it is. I was thinking spider mites but I only see a few spots and they dont seem to move. Also I attached a pic to see if anyone can tell sex or if its still early.

have a microscope or jewelers loupe handy? If not get one, you will need it to check your trichomes when you want to determine if your plant is ready for harvest. You can also use it to look at them black spots up close and see for sure whats going on.

Indeed, solving a real small bug problem is alot easier than having to do it later when the infestation has had time to take hold and can be nearly impossible to completely wipe them out.
 
I did go to the store the other day and picked up some neem. I was not sure if I should spray it though since the spots have not changed. Someone told me that it kinda looked like tissue damage or a genetic thing. If I were to spray the neem it would not do any harm correct? Also with the neem oil spray, im assuming spray right before lights out so that the light does not burn the leafs?
 
might as well spray just in case, did you pick up a microscope or loupe yet? They are not very expensive and like i said your going to have to get one later on in the grow anyway to examine your trichomes.

I have not yet but I plan on doing so this coming weekend. I have had them on 12/12 now for almost a week and I do not see any signs of sexing. Should I increase the nutri on them or should it take longer than a week to see any signs. The lower branches are getting fully while the tops have not grown but there are no signs of male or female. I dont remember the other one that was male ans useless taking this long. Ill take some pictures tonight when the lights are on them since they are sleeping now and maybe you can tell me if you see anything
 
correct spray before lights out and i found most fems take longer then males to show

I just checked them and I noticed a little bit what almost looks like fuzz on the top. I dont see any hairs or anything else. Im gonna give it another day or so and see what comes of it.
 
it will show, just gotta give it time. The fact it hasnt shown itself to be male yet is a reassuring sign to me in a way though, dont get me wrong, it could very well be male, but normally males tend to show pretty quick.
