OMG! Fuckin Landlord Stopped by today

I like it but am still affraid that if someone came in here they would see a rubber maid container tipped on its side with fans and wires hangin out everywhere. I cant wait to buy my house, then no more concerns. Plus rep for the little ones anyway, way to use what you got to do what you love.

yeah i hear ya man, weve got some shit going on at out house with family moving in and stuff. once everyones settled in i will be rocking my tents again

edit: oh yeah, and all the lights are hooked up to 1 plug with the exhaust fan and the itnake fan runs all the time to its on its own plug so theres only 2 plugs, and all the wires are zip tied in the back and the timer is now mounted on the side of the tote. i just havnt taken pics since i cleaned it up lol

How long do you veg? If you don't veg more than 1 month I would highly recommend a stealth computer tower. I made mine from a two foot tall server tower and use 4 x 23 cfl bulbs. I veg for 4 weeks max and then move them to my flower room. I can easily fit 4 plants at a time. Will try to post pics later.

ooh Thats an idea. I use Hydro though so im not sure how I could make water proof and still use a pc tower. I might do some thinking on that one.

yeh man i had a close call with k9 units, and even though you know they dont have a warrant to come inside it is still a very scary thing, you seem to have handled it well and I hope that none of us ever go through this again. Fortunatly in my state i can cultivate under 50 lbs and get a misdemenor or 2 years in jail. As long as im not selling.

1 - If your scared of your landlord coming by and looking around then don't grow in your place that your renting because they can make different excuses to come in and check things out
2 - If you want to make things more water proof use one of those containers that they use for the flood tables if that isn't an option then get some heavy duty plastic, tuck tape (the red kind of packing tape very good stuff) and build a part one. the other option is to buy some plywood and 2x2 or w/e screw them together to make almost a tub like thing prime it to seal it then use cocking (non toxic) on the seams to seal it even more then do the plastic thing to it and use the tuck take to take the peaces together on the inside and out side.

1- Not scared of the landlord coming by and thats why I decided to grow here (havent started yet though). It was an odd situation that I dont anticipate occuring again.

2- I already have my grow cab water proofed and was only responding to the previous post stating to use a pc tower for veg.
