They popped out of the dirt about the 1st so that is only 5 days ago. I only 24/0 for the first week then I will go 18/6. These are just good bagweed. I don't have anything better to grow at this point but my last Bagweed grow my wife is happy with so it will do for now, I guess.they probably are a week old. well maybe more like 8 or 9 days.
what strain have you gone for? my personal opinion is 24 hours is too much, the dont NEED that much light, so save your self some power and put them on 18/6 or even 20/4. i have never noticed a difference.
what pots will they be going into after those?
CAn't you can reuse Coco? If so, it would be a cheaper grow if I can reuse at least once.Well growing from seed there's nott much you can do but that's one of the huge benefits of cloning. Or buy feminized seeds.
Alternately, I grow in coco coir and you can use much smaller pots than in soil. But that's a whole other ball game.
Do you still have to rinse it really well before use. I hear the bricks can have a lot of salt. Is this still true?Iiveve never bought the bags. All you need to do to the bricks is add water. The harder way is to crumble it by hand and add water, that's how I do it if I only need a pot or 2 worth, if making a brick at a time just buy a rubermaid trash can and add water to the whole brick till it puffs up to its full size
agree with you there i like coco coir and perlite 50/50 mixWell growing from seed there's nott much you can do but that's one of the huge benefits of cloning. Or buy feminized seeds.

I actually love the 50/50 perlite coco mix it allows me to water 4x a day in veg early flower then about start of week 4 i up to 8 times and pop PPM to 1700 and have no issues with burn.I use straight coco, there is no need to add anything. Explosive growth rates, however it is not like soil, its like hydro results with a soil taste and simplicity. You water daily and feed daily or bi daily with hydro nutes. Soil ph is 7 in coco you use 5.8 - 6.2 ph.
Coco is the bomb
I use bagged by canna because it works better with some nutes i use.Would you recommend the block over the bagged? Don't you have to do more prep with blocks? Are blocks cheaper than Bagged?
