Flourescent Paint

Hey guys,

I've got a question about light reflection and distribution when using fluorescent paint.

I found it in stores selling it as paint for marking things in basements or warning signs, and it seems like a cost-effective alternative to those Mylar reflectors.

Does anyone here have any personal experience with it?
If so-
How is the light distribution under CFL?
Any problem with hotspots when using HPS bulbs?

P.S.
Is there any actual difference in light reflection and distribution between aluminum foil and a Mylar reflector?

Thanks, I don't have any wallmart in my country, but I suppose I can find a place that sells it for a good price(not a hydro equipment shop).

It seems the cheapest place that ships to Israel is amazon.
Thanks for this search, better than the offers I found on ebay, almost ordered from there.
