The majority of people in California don't grow 200 pounds of cannabis for their own personal "horticulture". The majority of cannabis smokers buy their cannabis. You deny them a right to buy their cannabis. If it's being made legal, why wouldn't it be legal to buy and sell it? That's part of legalization.

I guess my "define" of the majority of Californians would be 51% of the people in California. Your law protects the rights of people who want to grow on an unlimited scale. That's about 0.0001% of the population, not 51%.

It's not even protecting the majority of the cannabis community. The overwhelming majority of the cannabis community buys their cannabis, they do not grow it.

For months he has been specifically advocating a ballot measure that does not allow people to legally buy cannabis. He apposes legalization that contains language making it legal to buy/sell cannabis.

We all want that brotha. Luckily for us George Soros has donated money to a legalization group to get it on the ballot in 2012. The counsel is still writing the ballot measure from what I can tell, but getting the money to get it on the ballot is the hard part, and they've got that covered.

I have always supported all forms of legalizing. I have taken the position of splitting the efforts up so when one part is voted down the others have a chance.
If there are three efforts then one may pass. If any passes it makes the others more possible IMO,

Majority is 50%+1. Period. Are Californians a minority? No. They are a group. And a majority of that group means 50%+1. All Cali Republicans and Democrats are Californians, but that doesn't make them both a majority. By the rules of logical math anyways. 50%+1 of Californians constitutes a majority. 100% constitutes the electorate.
