They're probably good to go, then. As long as they look healthy. If they look sad and droopy, wait til they stand back up.

I'd water them with some b vitamin a few hours before transplanting, and I'd water them in with the same water (with b vitamin in it.) It seems to help with the shock of transplanting. If you have access to some good compost tea, throw some of that in there, too...they love it. I swear I am not making this up.

If the pellets have netting on them cut it off/open as much as possible without hurting the roots. I didnt do this the first time I used them and the roots didnt really grow out as they should have. There was a tiny ball of compacted roots inside the netting with a few longer thin roots spreading out- plant only grew to about 16" and yeilded 3.5 grams dry- ya live ya learn
