Penny stocks can go below 1 cent. They can reverse split. When one of these reaches 1 cent it is by no means the bottom. Volume goes up as price goes down, just a math ratio thing. These stock have no options and cannot be hedged. No options means they can have the potential to be more volatile. There is little market for these stocks, that means few buyers and sellers and very wide bid ask spreads. The price action speaks for itself. I wish I could be a bearer of good news but in my opinion these stocks are all losers. But if something better comes along. The reason a real direct investment vehicle dose not exist is because there assets can be seized by the feds.

You cant build a soundly operating company, which you can allow the general public to participate in equity financing, if the feds are free to rob you anytime they feel like.
