I am pleading for advice because i got screwed over in my opinion. I have a host of disorders that marijuana helps me with. I had 2 plants only and a 400w hps and 125w cfl light. My lights and plants got stolen from my house one night and i was mad. Keep in mind i never bother anybody, i just mind my own business. The person who did got their car window shot out with a co2 bb gun by me. i realize it was wrong, but being that i'm disabled he had no right coming into my house The cops obviously don't know about the marijuana plants, but they know my lights were stolen. They don't want to charge that person with anything because i didn't call the cops when it happened. For one my dad was in kidney failure due to a medical error that my family was coping with and also this incident happened at midnight. I have receipts that i bought the lights and also proof of who took them through text messages. Who could i contact higher up that could help me with this problem? This is all because of prohibition. I will go federal if needed.

What.... you want help from the cops after your way did not work? If you don't like cops don't use them. Sounds like you two are even for the cost of a window and the cost of a light. Stupid! I recommend you move and try selecting a better caliber of friends. You know the only reason you know he knew, is because you showed him. Trust no one, it works for me. Get a Internet Camera and position it on your front door to monitor and prosecute. It is not the Cops who make the laws it is those worthless Politicians that take all the steps to create this cesspool of shit we now live in. The cops are just doing there job. Their are bad ones and good ones. I stay away from all of them as I do most of the human race.

This is how it happened. I am growing medical marijuana for medical reasons because i have muscular dystrophy and a host of other things. This "friend" was supposedly helping me out. when harvest time came he said his uncle works with the staties of pa and that my house was on the raid list. It is true he has ties. It's funny he said that right when my plants were to be harvested. The cops don't know i ever had mj plants. That person took everything i had related to that so i'm trying to turn the story around saying i had fruit plants and i have the receipts and everything. I do have a fruit garden outside. I shot his window out because one you know you have to admit to taking something and two i'm disabled so i cant fight like normal people do. my problem is none of this would've happened if he did not barge into my house in the middle of the night. The only reason he knew was because he was helping me the whole grow. i now know what to do so i don't need his help anymore. Trust me i'm not retarded like every body says iam. I never said i had mj.

it's alright i didn't explain myself clearly enough. It sucks now i might get probation for it. They like me, i'm one of those easy "criminals" they could put my name in the paper and get credit for something. I gave him half before he did that for helping me and then he calls the cops when i'm mad. That's what pisses me off. I'm in college and had a full career ahead of me. with a record i won't. I'm one those to nice people. I'm just mad because i have proof that he took my equipment and they won't consider the shooting incident would never had occured if that family minded their own business. I read my rights on the justice bureau website today and i'm thinking of contacting them. When i say corrupt i mean it. i live right up the road from wilkes barre pa where all those officials got arrested for being corrupt. I hope my towns next.

Did you not do, at least, a google search on your rights and what not-to-do/do while growing illegal cannibus plants in your home? You say your in college? Where is your common sense? Where is your book smarts? I understand that you "possibly" have medical problems and need the herb for that, but what exactly are you thinking? Why would you shoot someones window out? From your post, you sound like you are under 18 years of age.
