Are these lights cool for 2-3 plants

On the right timing i.e 12/12, it is possible but not advised to flower with those but you would be better off getting something in the 2700k range for flowering. The colour range of the one you have been recommended produce a light that the sun produces during the height of summer which is ideal for root development and growth (around 6400k) but for flowering a 2700k range produces the same sort of light that the sun gives out around Autumn/Winter (around 2700k) which is better for flowering :) Although you can still mix the both together 2700k and 6400k and still get good results :)

t5's are not powerful enough for flower imo unless you have a lot of them... I have a 4 bulb 4 footer .. so twice of the size that one is .. and I can hardly get 3-4 decent sized plants in veg under it .. you will have much better results from a small hid kit. I love my t5 for veg .. but thats as far as her and I's relationship goes lol

And as mc said its preferred to have more red spectrum or "warm" light during flower.. the blue Day light bulbs are better for veg and promote foliage growth.

so can i go with a more "red" or "warm" bulb for flower? BUT USE THE SAME FIXTURE?
