what do i need to get to grow some shrooms + rep

hey, i got some questions, hopin you got some answers.
i want to grow around an ounce of hallucinagenic mushrooms, harvesting about once a week or every 2 weeks, i know much about them, other than the fact that people up here want them and id like to be the guy growing them.'
i have a budget of nothing, so if your buddy came up and said how do i set up a free grow? what would you tell him?
cheapest way possible for me tog row these things.
also are there specific strains i should look for? and where do i look? i dont wanna get scammed .
help me out
i was given some before, on perlite patties in a styrofoam cooler, just had to mist them once a day and keep the lid on, got shome great trips out of it, untill i missed a day and got back and had all kinds of black stuff all over shit. havent messed with em since. but want to now.
easiest way to get em going..

They mushroom Gods have all gathered there so you will learn all you need to know about cultivating some good shrooms.

Its pretty easy, just alot different than plants. the pf tek is probably your best bet. for first time. least amount of supplies and lowest cost so if it doesn't work out, your not out a few hundred bucks.

most the links in the PF Tek sticky... link to shroomery, you'll have to be a member to see alot of them, but its a little easier than using shroomerys wack search engine..

tek stands for technique (or Ive always thought) There are TONS of tutorials on various sites. Even videos. For beginners, the PF tek is the easiest. You just need spores, some mason jars, vermiculite, brown rice flour (theres better things than brown rice flour).... and a pressure cooker. Plus a fruiting chamber and correct temp environments for the mycelium growth process/fruiting process. Even if you don't have a pressure cooker you can boil.... basically just go to shroomery.org or google videos on how to grow mushrooms. You're going to have to order spores assuming you don't have any. I think when I first started, there was a great hour long video on google videos. Not sure what it was titled, but I want to say it was "mushroom growing made easy"

It's so easy.... easier than growing pot IMO.

my favorite strains are the golden teachers, cambodians, hawaiians, and B+.

After a couple times with PK cakes, bulk casing is the way to go.... way bigger yields, bigger mushies, and more flushes.

As long as you don't live in cali, it's perfectly legal to order cubensis spores. You don't have to worry about geting shitake ones haha. I think I used spores101 for my first couple times, then after than I just make my own spore prints/ syringes.

B+ are probably the easiest to grow. They are the most common and you will trip your balls off :)
