Well according to several polls that i can get for you if you want, he is actually said to go down as the worst president ever for wrecking the economy with outrageous, pointless spending with bills such as the stimulus, which wasted over 900 billion with no positive impact.

the highway that takes me into town is getting more lanes right where it needs them thanks to the american recovery and reinvestment act. less time idling in traffic, burning gas will have a positive impact on me, not to mention all the people getting to work on these and other infrastructure projects.
