What is a Whip?

Can someone tell me what a "whip" is with a vaporizer? Sorry, new to the vaporizer thing, never used one, never seen one used, but I'm thinking about buying one because of the concept and the reviews.

I think I understand the concept of a vaporizer with heating up and inhaling the vaporized THC instead of the smoke. They talk about "balloons" which I guess holds the vaporized THC until you inhale it, right? But then a "whip"...what is that?

mainly just to transfer the vape furthermore if you want a whip vape get either bday buddah vaporizer or the silver surfer vaporizer they are the best whip style vaporizers. enjoy one of those and report back
