Been wondering the same thing. My plants started week 4 of flowering yesterday and other than right when the lights turn on, watering, and when I jostle them around they don't really smell much.

You're probably just use to the smell and need concentrated amounts to "actually" smell it hence jiggling it or touching it with your fingers and shoving your fingers up your nose. At least that's my case... I don't smell anything unless I touch it or get super close, but I have friends come over and say they can smell it before even the door is opened or anything :leaf:

It could be a few things. It sounds like an outdoor crop that has been affected by weather and may be losing some of its THC. I would suggest some sort of Bud Enhancer. 805 Hydro

From my experience, plants rarely give off a strong odor until their flowers begin to mature. This usually takes 5-6 weeks of flowering for plants which are predominantly sativa and 4-5 weeks for indica varieties. There are exceptions of course. Some strains, NY Power Diesel and Lemon Skunk come to mind, can start to stink pretty good after as little as 3 weeks.

plants smell their strongest in the last few weeks of flowering. As mentioned before, you may have gotten used to the smell. have a trustworthy friend walk around your grow area and see if they notice a smell. You don't need to add anything to your feed schedule (like a so called "bud enhancer") just wait it out, they will gain aroma. When you start your cure your house will smell of ganj profusely

I dont know ,but most of mine can be smelt in veg let alone flower. but i have some really stinky cheeses and dogs, could be your strains not to stinky when finished anyway, only the ak48 that i grew before smelt weak all the way till chop.
Yeah you can get used to the smell so you dont notice it as much aswell.
Its good if theres not much smell cause then you dont have to do to much odour control but it does n't help the bag appeal if you need to crack a bud every time to get a scent.
