its not so much wishing they would go to jail, its more of they got what they had coming. they are breaking the law and it makes us other med patients look very bad and will have an effect on more strict laws, witch we do not need in any way. i dont want them go to jail, i want them to stop and stay legal, if not then they have whats coming to them and no one should show remorse for them.

Thats what I dont understand. the meds are over priced to you because you get them freely. To some they are underpriced. if no one is actually FORCING you to pay those prices, what makes them so bad?
Of course the whole OMMP thing. but honestly, everything we ALL do is illegal by the feds so whats the difference?
I know aloooooot of people paying 40/45/50/even 55 for an eighth of weed 3.5 grams.

yes i do get them free. but if i had to pay i would not pay anything over street prices, witch down here is about 5 a gram it hits 10 a gram a month or so before croptober. and yes some may think they are under priced and some may be but maybe they are just used to paying to much in the first place, alot of people like to scam theri patients. and if it were all legal to i would not consider it bad, but since its not when they get busted it looks bad on all patients growers and caregivers, the media just loves to make us look bad.
if patients growers and care givers were more compassionate then there would be no need for any clubs or dispensaries.
and the feds dont give a shit about people who obey state law, they want the ones who are opening clubs/selling points witch is still illegal. and dam anything over 40 sounds like a rip off to me for and eighth. but then again im in southern oregon where we are always flooded with good meds.

The media makes us look bad growing 1 plant or a thousand either its the chemicals or the children living in these houses. do you honestly think we look bad in the media only because people are selling it?

If someone is charging street prices, they need to go to the street and play the game correctly, not "cheat" and set up shop in a "dispensary". Not pretend they are a "farmer" helping "patients" at a "farmers market". The whole idea of the OMMP, with it's flaws, was to allow people to obtain medicine without going to the street and being bent over for a plant. These Cannabliss phoneys and others want to claim "Oh we are getting reimbursed for growing cost!" Bullshit, I grow, I know what it costs and it does not cost $40-50 an eight to grow dank bud. Get the fuck out of here with that shit. Now do I think they should go to jail? Not really? But do I think they are assholes? Yes and I think they should get a kick in the ass for capitalizing on patients.

You know a lot of morons. I've never heard of ANYONE paying over $50 and eight in Oregon, and I've lived here 10 years. I just got some of the dankest half oz of medicine for $70 in Hillsboro from a friendly grower on budbook. Did it cost him $70 to grow that half oz? Probably not but I have no problem helping someone eat of pay the bills that is giving me a break on cannabis, unlike those "farmers markets" around town....
