I went back and read your story and now that i read it a second time its pretty fucked up. "Helping the cops catch heroin dealers" that is snitching you are actually putting these people in a situation where they would commit suicide, kill you, or worst of all put in through what you are trying to escape. I suggest talking to NORML and having them put you in their POW section and serve your term instead of helping fucking pigs. Heroin is fucked up shit but busting people is not your business, just as the cops shouldn't bust people for pot.

But Everyone should respect this mans decision without telling him to kill himself... It's a moral choice of his let him decide without making him feel like shit. Where do you stand - Legalize all drugs or Support the drug war pigs

Well, I hope none of you guys do/sell heroin because I don't see how you can sympathize for people that sell it.

Because they are human. Pretty easy straight forward and I feel really sorry for people who don't get that. But you know, usually people who don't get it use silly terms like "scum of the earth" and call people "enemies" and shit.

Your misinterpreting his situation. He can go to prison for something that shouldn't even be worthy of being arrested over or he can help stop the people that are assisting in the livelihood of the drugwar and essentially dealing a drug that changes your life forever.

The drug war is the drug war. A lot of people think that only pot should be legalized and are happy if the drug war continues. Pretty selfish if you ask me. Make heroin legal, have it sold legally in stores and take the dealer, dirty heroin and crime out of the picture. We are all victims of the drug war, dealers, cops, kindergarden teachers, what have you

I didn't say to suicide for him to avoid his jail term, I said I would kill myself before living the rest of my life as a snitch. Before that option came up, I would just take the jail time like a man.

Nobody forces heroin addicts to buy heroin. Sure, the withdrawal is rough, but you get through it. From only 4 months in jail I've seen several people go through detox, but they got through it. All heroin dealers do is take advantage of a black free market economy and profit the only way they know how. They don't deserve to get snitched on any more than the next guy.

Well I havn't tried heroin myself but I have had fentanyl which is a synthetic opiate. I've always thought of heroin addicts as scum because they are viewed as people who break into stores, rob friends, kill, and overdose just for the high that I'm satisfied with cannabis. I suppose that heroin isn't all that bad and we should all be open to play/experiment with it. My friends are really getting into fentanyl and I'm starting to wonder if I should hang out with them anymore.. I think I'll just jump right in with em from now on.

P.S. I know its not the same high, I'm just saying that cannabis is more than good enough for me. It's perfect.

I'd say do what ya gotta do, you got a really shitty sentence.. just be careful. If you testify on a heroin dealer pullin' in 50 G's a week (as they actually do), someone is going to come after you looking for blood.

I've never done heroin I bet it's pretty crazy though. A friend of mine just overdosed and passed away in Denver on Wednesday night. Sucks.....

I rolled(3x) my Fj cruiser about 2 weeks ago -was run off the road up in Big Sur- My friend and I had no injurys @ all except we got fucking poison Oak (kinda ironic) and besides the whole "holy shit bro we could of died/ did that just happen"/ apperication of life and what not that comes from a situation like that- My insurance cut me a check for my leased Fj Cruiser that was over 10k- Now I can start my own personal grow op - heres a pic of my wrecked FJ 4 u

I was locked up at the juvenile hall for gun charges at age of 16 served 7 months. my closest older brother committed suicide july 21, 07, few months passed my dad passed away. all this happened while i was in juvenile hall. not sad about my situation anymore because maybe god planned this, and maybe it was better to be away from society for awhile and not be at home while all this happened. took me about 4 years to finally accept it and move on. Medical marijuana helped me cope with a lot.

Regarding all that shit in the happenings that changed your life thread. First I really regret how I typed that post I sound like a real ass. And as for the h dealer no I never set him up though I really should have. He ended up getting in an accident fucked out of his mind killing himself his teenage passenger and the father of two kids driving the other car. Caused a huge fiasco in the papers here and wrecked a family. Because I'm young with no priors and work a stable job and have been going to rehab showing I'm clean the da dropped the gun. I'll either get anything from probation to two years.

I really feel for you guys in the USA , shit is fuked , when it comes to sentencing etc. Compared to where I live.

I have always wondered if anyone could help me with a hypothetical , ok well a mate of mine got busted(growing approx 20-30 plants) , then while on bail got busted again(tray load of cuttings). Long story short community service was what he got.

What kind of punishment would he have been looking at if it was in usa , in your neck of the woods?

I shudder when some people say some part's less than an ounce is a felony , we don't have that type of shit where I live like felony's etc , crime is just crime as far as I know.
I have seen enough movies to know a felony means your neck deep in shit.
