If you mean under legal guidelines, I'd say no
howd you work that out , if a clone has roots its a plant, if you can grow 10 plants that includes clones, if the feds bust you and you have ROOTED clones there classed as plants ... mature or not.
If you want your clones to flower quicker use mature mothers

Not where it's legal. here in my area of Cali, each patient is allowed up to 6 MATURE (fully grown and/or flowering) plants. So we can have clones/seedling as well. But only 6 mature plants

sorry dude i didnt realise that. i think the OP needs to edit his question .. to say what circumstance he is talking about . i dont have advice of legal states obijohn , if they say you can have 6 mature plants do they give you limits on cuttings and seedlings aswell out of interest ?

in california (most of it any way) you can have 6 mature and up to 12 immature plants and process up to 8oz of dry bud. Now if you have 6 mature and 6 clones that are still in veg, they still might bust you for having over you legal mature limit, since the clone is as old as the mature plant. It really depends on the judge you get if you get caught and how good of a lawyer you have. I would suggest doing everything in your power to not get caught or draw attention to yourself.
