Sorry...I havent used them nutes. I would not be adding them automatically anyway. I always respond to my plants action....I do anticipate them needing nutes and add them but in veg with my ammended soil I need not fert at all in veg...then only feed organic nutes around week 1...then I work my way up till the buds have added on most of their weight then back off the food supply. Its all about gearing up for the plants metabolism. Start feeding them when the stretch phaze is almost done.....

its up to you to discover what your plants can handle. if you do this and dont notice any nute burn your probably ok. the thing i would worry most about is salt deposites building in your soil from not using plain water. if this is the rout you choose to go and your plants respond well to it i would still flush/ not water, but fully flush the plant every once and a while. even if you dont see nute burn there is still a chance you could wind up with a over abundance of N P or K and thats a pain in the ass, because it wont be recognizable for a while. goodluck though. we grow, we live, and we learn.

Several good points mentioned about what to watch out for if you do fertilize with every watering. If you are using your nutes at a full strength solution then yes you could easily have problems further down the road. The major trick is learning to read your plants, they will tell you when they have too much or not enough. The hard part is to learn the signs before you have a problem. If your plants are dark dark green and looking kindof fat (for lack of better description) in the leaves, almost swollen, this is too much N. When your leaves start to show a bit of color fading they are needing more N.
I try to build the plant up for the flower phase slowly. First using good soil that has everything in it I can give it, then as the plant is vegging I build up the plant feeding it slowly maybe 1/2 strength (fish emulsion first couple of waterings) and building the plant up and watching the color get greener. The point of this is to have the soil and plant ready for the stretch when you switch to the flower mode. During the stretch you will need more NPK as this is when the plant is really putting on some mass quickly. Once the flowering actually starts then you can back down again and simply maintain the color of your plant. Sorry this is somewhat simple explaination but hopefully will give you a bit more to go on.
Happy Growing

If im not mistaken i believe nute lockout comes from having the wrong ph levels for too long. Not by just adding my nutes. I have a bubba kush going right now and she loves the nutes i usually water 3 times a week and 2 of those are nute feedings, no probs yet lol.
