*(Grape) Stomper OG* ~ Dried & cured report.

Strain: *Stomper OG* ~ (Grape Stomper X Underdog OGK) from Gage Green Genetics.

Growth: Solid, strong and vigorous growth from the moment they came outta the seeds. Responded great to topping & supercroppin too. I didn't find much pheno' varitaion tbh other than one more satty dom' & one more slieghtly indica dom' the only real difference between the two is the indi' dom has a much better yeild. The stretch was easy to manage and the branches really fill out during flower so much that they need extra support for the big, fat, dense and sticky resin coated Buds/colas, that also need real good airflow to avoid any issues. They like to drink a lot once in flower and had no real problems with taking in the nutes either but I always feed my girls light so I didn't really push them past 1.9 - E.C.

Nutes: Full CANNA nutrient/additive line. Grown "Passive Hydro"- Pot Culture method. Medium - CANNA Coco pro+ & perlite.
Lighting - Flower - 1800w (x3 600w HPS) Veg 500w (x2 250w CFL) ~ see link in my sig for full grow journal thread with more info & pic's...

Yield: Sativa pheno' - 68g ~ Indica pheno' - 118g ~ Total Dried & Cured weights off each plant.

Bag Appeal: The Buds look great a nice light ganja green colour and a lot of amber hairs, good size but very dense too. Totally covered in frosty, sticky resin crystals (see pic's).

Smell: Quite complex tbh, very strong sour, stanky and spicey herbs kind of smells is the closest I can describe it.

Taste: After a weeks cure time the flavour of this strain is just amazing & morish much more fruity than the smell. Grape sherbert/candy with a sour twist that is quite intense and leaves the mouth dry and coated in fruity grapey goodness long after exhale. The smoke is thick and easy on the chest too, a real connoisseur treat and pleasure to smoke imo, jars wont stay full for long...

The High: Soft, warm and relaxing and a mostly on the head sativa kind of high of the highest grade (both pheno's). Good for getting things in the day done, nights in/out and even great for just kickin back with some T.V. or gaming, or what ever your into really. High lasts about an hour or so (for me) but I'm lighting up for the taste again way before it wares off so I can't say for sure. There is no couch lock feeling at all either in this strain.

Comments: Overall I'd say it's very much a keeper strain for sure imo. Very easy to grow plants that just scream quality all the way. The finished product is just fantastic to taste and with a cure just gets better & better too.
A Solid 9/10 from me, Respect to Gage Green for this one!!

My "Daisy"... oh yes I would deffo keep this lady around mate, easy to grow & a true banger. I managed to snag another pack too so technically I am already preserving it bro .

Thanx mate, it's always great to find what I'm looking for in a strain esp' after all the months I've put into growing it. There is nothing worse than getting stuck with jars full of weed of a strain you don't really like for what ever reason. And with this strain still being pretty new out in seed I thought others might like to know it's not just hype with this one too. Deffo get this in your meds/seed stash if you can catch it quick enough when it comes in stock again

Hmmm my top 5 is still a list to be compiled proper mate, as currently I'm still searching through for my fav's atm. When I first got started off growing I was only growin local to my area clones with/for a friend (his set up & clones in my place) who showed me the basics in growing and got me started too really, up untill we parted ways a few years ago and I set up on my own for my own needs rather than doin cash crops for him and only getting a small half share . And since I got online last year I started off my strain hunt by buying seeds of strains I've never had before. Which has been in full swing for a year now and out of what I've grown/smoked so far my top 3 (for now) in order are...
#1 ~ Tahoe OG (Cali Connect')
#2 ~ Grape Stomper OG (Gage Green)
#3 ~ Sour Hazy Jones (Connoissuer Genetics)
I have loads of seeds in my stash of many different A grade strains from many of the top breeders around atm still to get through, so I'm sure this list will grow and change as the years pass by yet .
I've not gone for the usual commercial stuff either, I've chosen out my strains based on the gennetic parent stock used to try and get the effects & flavours I'm after from a perticular strain. The higher the quality the better tbh as I've been a smoker for 14 years now and like my mari to have that strength & potencey I'm looking for .
