What Kind Of Deficiency Is This? Please Help!

Now almost every leaf of my plant has a yellow/white tip, and some leaves are losing succulency. It started at the young leaves and worked its way down, so it has to be one of the immobile elements. Please, help me!

P.S. Don't ask me about my pH levels, because i don't have a pH-meter.
