Yeah, it's the jungle and there are huge flying roaches here- we call 'em B-52's LOL. The only redeeming factor is that they aren't like the little german ones (we also have) in that they are outside dwellers. Sure they occassionally fly in, but there not gonna live and breed in your house. I found you can't help the bugs outside, but if your a clean freak like me you'll never get them inside anyway... Beware eating in the bedrood or your car- they'll follow the crumbs... To be honest- I had never even seen a roach until I moved to Hawaii- I guess I was sheltered?
Yeah- love the geckos, they are definitely good luck alotaball... Hell- anything that eats bugs and spiders is good luck in itself ;) . There is a new "madagascar" variety showing up out here too- they are bright green with fire-red splotches on their back and turqouise eye lids like eye shadow http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-25791718/stock-photo-madagascar-giant-day-gecko.html they are really beautiful. I had a pet one a while back- and he was really fun (used to call him my little green monster) lol ;)

I'm doing ok too... Been a little sad that I haven't had any energy to put together my parts yet, or even take pics. It's just been hard lately with people in town and I wore myself out I guess. I'm weaning off prednisone too, and that always is a draining experience- what a nasty drug...

OMG ok I was just out in my garden smoking and the biggest roach ever attacked me....yes flew right at me....so gross... and fell to the floor, so I grabbed my fly swatter and chased it behind a box, so then I paused and took another hit to calm me down and also give me strength to kill this monster!!! So I kicked the box and the fucker ran to the other side of the lanai into my plant supplies I was like hell no gross so I started swatting at him in there hahahaha and he ran back over to the box by this time I am buzzing with energy and ready to totally kill this thing so I killed the bowl and lit a cig and got my fly swatter ready and looked over at the box and snuck up on it and could see the stupid roaches antler thingies moving so i kicked the box again and the thing started flying hehehe I smacked him down so hard with that fly swatter and then I kept hitting him over and over till I knew he was dead, then thew him in the trash lol.....ewww!!!! I was just saying I had not seen one here, I guess this is what I get hahahaha I whole battle with one!!!

Aww I am sorry you are sad :( I hate coming off medications too!!! Marijuana is the best drug and my drug of choice that's what I have been trying to tell my dr's for years!!!! hahaha maybe that I am here in HI someone will listen to me!!!

Hey Kona, good to see you up to no good as usual. You finally made it off the east coast and into paradise, congratulations. :clap: I guess the days of smokin' shitty mexican brick in honeyed-up phillies has come to an end.

I'm subbed and will be watching from now on. Keep up the good work, and we might be smoking some sweet island herbs together sometime soon.

I was taking 20-40mg pred daily for over 20 years. It screwed up my personality, and of course I carried 20 pounds of water weight, bowling ball head, too. I finally got off a couple years ago. The following will ease the process...

Look into Dr Hulda Clark Liver Cleanse ( I did 14 of these- amazing). There is a pet product that I highly recommend to stabilize your gut's probiotics (80+% of our immune system is located in the gut. Google PetFlora. lol, but yeah it helped and I take it regularly. Also I am about to start taking 'food grade' Diatomaceous Earth. Should be a big help during your weaning process (and for bugs/pests), but really good idea to take every day. You mos def need better lighting. You will get lots of stretch and minimal bud with these. My T 5 HO provides the biggest bang (coverage) for the money. Plus adding a few aquarium bulbs is like supercharging the grow. hth

Hell ya, my boy, I miss you too, would love to see ya and smoke.....so glad you are subbed now and hahahaha I have not been smoking shitty stuff in a long time now, just because you got to Cali a lot quicker than me and been enjoying the freedoms hehehehehe and I did marry a mexican LMFAO OMG, thankful thats over, but still I have always been a connoisseur of fine green hehehehe!!!!!
