Time to change fert?

Well my plants have been showing their sex for a couple weeks. I'm waiting for them to start flowering. I been feeding them some 20-20-20 miracle grow periodically throughout veg stage. I have some 10-54-10. Should I start feeding them that now or wait until flowering has officially started? PS The 10-54-10 I found in my OLD growing bag in the attic. It was purchased in 07. Would 4 year old fert be bad?

Depends where you are, but in NY they usually start mid to late august blooming. I usually start phosphorus a few weeks before flowering so it broken down and available in the soil.

I would use it, it may be weakened but it aint useless, i used a 5yr old rose feed on my last grow. others may disagree and even i would say just buy some but it works. id start the feed now.

I'm in Ohio if that helps. Feed now or continue with 20-20-20. I have yet to water them yet so I'm waiting on for input. Also they dont sell 10-54-10 anymore at my local garden shop sooo should I buy new fert or use 4 year old fert?

So start feeding now or wait for first signs of flowering? I usually wait but after losing 4 out of 7 of my female White Rhino plants to fucking deer I'm doing all I can to keep my last 3 babies TOP NOTCH!

They show sex when they are sexually mature able to flower, but flowering is all based on the amount of day light hours. It is also based on strain some flower with more light some with less.
