I can garden, live off the land, I grew up with common sense and a strive to do it on my own. We learned the hard ways and they're still with us.
And besides, don't buy into the crapspiracies, they're about fear and we all know fear sells.

I would think this would be considered a natural disaster, not a conspiracy.

Take into account that everything that uses electricity would be dead in a instant, you may be able to live off the land but there will be a million other people trying to escape from the cities to do that also.

No running water, no food, no gas, no vehicles, no phones, no communication, nothing that most people are use to having to survive.
