Tired of hearing.... What can you do for me as a Caregiver!

Honestly, every one wants free stuff and I got to buy more equipment to produce more quality meds, I'll be looking for patients that will invest time and money into the operation. Other than that, there is not benefit in having more patients.

I was broke as hell last week, and I discovered spider mites!

Neither of my patients had money to help me out but their hands were out when I told them I harvested early.

Not to Mention, the hours and hours of TRIMMING! Would it be wrong to just give them branches fresh out the pot?

Fucking DTE running this "ACTUAL READING BULLCRAP" $800 for 3 months, & I have already been paying $278 a month.

The next patient that ask me what can I do for them?.... The answer is I can charge you to come to your house and Set up your 12 plants, and I'll come by every other day to check on them & even teach you how to care for them yourself, unless you are handicap or disabled then I can make an exception.

Your grow will be as good as your initial investment, if you can only afford 400's you'll have a 400 crop, I bought my own lights, fans, bubblers, nutrients, soil, etc. You paid a certification fee to be my patient and now you looking for free meds, and after your Oz a month, I don't hear from you....

& the authorities make it hard to hook up with other caregivers, or patients to make some donations to keep our operations up to "PAR"
The Dispensary can kiss my arse, $200 & I gotta wait until after you sell it!

Consider yourself fortunate to be living somewhere where it is legal to grow for medicinal purposes.
As a long term sufferer of IBD (Crohnes Desease) who has had several major operations, I would love to be able to grow legally. As it is, I cannot yet I know how much this substance helps me, with no side effects, unlike the "legal drugs I am prescribed which cause me major problems involving having to take 3 other drugs to counteract the side effects of the shit they give me.

If you dont want to be a caregiver/chemist, dont do it. To have that opportunity would be bliss for me. Yes, there may be issues but those issues can be resolved easily with a bit of forethought.

Count your blessings, 2/3 of America and the majority of rest of the world are not as fortunate. W

Dude,its all about YOUR BUSINESS MODEL period,the first rule of business is to develope a profitable model BEFORE YOU OPEN FOR BUSINESS,not after the business is going,everybody thinks what they have is valueable weather its the grower or patient.

My business model requires that all of my patients sign one of two contracts,both legal under the law.

Contract #1.

Patient will pay a monthly maintainance fee of X $ & for that fee they will be entitled to their legal limit of 2.5 ounces every 10 weeks at zero cost to them,any excess meds past their legal limit will be taken to market to help fund overhead.

Contract #2.

Patient will assume no operational costs in the provision of meds,they will be allowed to purchase meds on a per gram basis which fluctuates with overhead costs,at no time will meds be dispensed in exchange for plant count & no meds will be dispensed in exchange for excess or overages,at all times the patient is gauranteed his legal 2.5 ounces with 24 hours notice.

Both contracts are for a 12 month period & both have provisions for early termination to cover equipment costs,also allowable & enforcable under michigan contract laws.

It seems you got caught up in the rush to get patients that alot of growers went through,now all the patients have been told by other growers they should get more for free,mainly by growers trying to get patients,or from internet users screaming that caregivers should give meds for no charge out of kindness.

If your meds are top flight & you trash your current business model you can do swell,ya just have to outhink every fly by night caregiver offering the world for free,it really isnt too hard.

Oh btw,$200 a ounce from clubs isnt bad & easily affords a good profit margin to pay expenses,clubs are wholesale & you cant expect $300 an ounce,it isnt hard to profit you just need to adapt with the market.

I ussualy hand out 2 ozs every 3 months or every harvest. Then i give them a discounted price on additional meds up to 2 ozs. Its not killing me or anything. It keeps my patients happy to and thats what matters to me. I still make my costs and a little extra for my time.

I would expect to cover operating costs, that's it. Then again I would be growing not only to help but for my personal enjoyment because for some reason or another, I like watching them bitches grow.
