Why are Psychedelics the only real ILLEGAL drugs?

Basicly, if you have a pretty daft setup of life with 9-5 jobs and hours in traffic, then you have these great drugs that just hit the scene and some show people whats going on and some give them the time of their lifes the old system here isn`t going to know what the fuck hit it lol

I guess it includes all psychoactives but mdma, lsd and cannabis more specificly.

Think of how these drugs changed me and you, what happens when they are available and everybody is changing their lifes and swimming off on all sorts of weird trips. If everybody is changing there isn`t going to be much of a system left.

And a country who risks this also risks losing its power, and falling under control of another country.

Like it was said, a productive system (you question productivity / needs on psychedelics) needs leaders and peons. Once all the peons are wondering why they are doing things hows the match going to end.

Maybe it ends well, but how can we be so sure? Maybe people should be worked into the ground, the economy improved and we should be saving our asses from the carbon footprint we created?

(these aren`t facts but opinions, take with a pinch of salt)

I don`t actually think any of us can accurately predict what happens when psychedelics are running lose. The government has a reason to be scared.

There always seems to be an interuption, with strange pictures, in threads like these...

Although.... Now back to the point. My mind gets blown by the toughts that replicate my own on this site...

I suppose your right in the fact that if everyone "got it" as in understood what psychedelics are really about, than they would become controllable by the outsiders....

So say for example all of america tried a psychedelic in the right setting, then got the point of life and lived by it.... We would in a sense be considered mindless drones by anyone willing of taking control of such peace and prosperity.

ONLY IF THE WHOLE WORLD WERE TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE ABOUT MATTERS CONSIDERING RIGHT AND WRONG, MORALITY AND THE LIKE. THAN WE COULD GET ON WITH IT AND LIVE IN THE PARADISE THAT WE EVOLVED INTO......

NEWS FLASH: The world is perfect for us..... We can trive in it... It is just human nature to be unhappy no matter WHAT good happens....

We have the technology and the resources for everyone to be happy if only everyone is not greedy.... But hell GREED is WHAT DROVE HUMANS TO SUCH SUCCESS in the FIRST PLACE.

BUT IT WILL BE OUR FAILURE.... WE MUST EVOLVE TO SURVIVE... IT IS TIME. The discovery of evolution may have halted us... The realization that we do evolve over time may lead to our inability too.... We may tell ourselves not too..... Getting in the way of natural selection......

Wait.... WE HAVE VERY MUCH SO GOTTEN IN THE WAY OF NATURAL SELECTION. Its a fact, we have. May we be able to evolve despite this intelligence driven handicapp..... Who the hell knows.....

I disagree here. I have found that those who are enlightened (not all people who take hallucinogenics become enlightend - but many do), are somewhat immune from the influence of the mindless - the influence of conventional politics, the influence of party indoctrination and espeically, the influence of marketing - advertizing and market manipulation. I stopped being manipulated by fad or ad campaigns a long time ago as it seems did most of my acid dropping friends. Certainly we still covet (the purpose of all advertising) but we do not do so as a knee jerk reaction.

Asdf1 your getting my attention in a way that our thoughts are identical in many ways Nice, greed did drive us to get to such places but now its working against us. I said this in a post like yesterday lol

As for what you said and Canndo commented on. Thats a tricky question. I don`t think that would be true at first because we would know our history. Maybe after generations of living with peace love and contentness somebody could lure us away and fuck things up.

But they would have to take advantage of our fears and ideally we wouldn`t have any. It would also be a hard thing to do specially if we are clever with statistics and such.

I think at that level of enlightnment we would have elders administering psychedelics and "seeing" in peoples eyes what they intended or something though
