Unfortunately I was unable to grab any full plant shots of this plant but some trimmed shots will have to do for now. This is a Pandora's Box that I flowered one of 3 females that I flowered from a 10 pack. I only used 5 beans. I would also like to mention that this is not super soil, rather my ole faithful. in a 7 gallon smart pot.
First thing to mention is the size this freakin thing. I mean just huge, ill be very shocked if I don't pull close to 6 on this one. This plant is Very frosty and these pics do not do justice. I need some morning sun to get some real pics with my bottom end DSLR camera. The smell is of leather with a soft cherry bottom end. Can def. smell some NL in there. Most of the fans turned a nice purple shade as it yellow'd towards the end. I pulled it down @ day 63, seems perfectly ripe to me. The lowers did not fill out as much as I would have liked as the fans and bush were just massive. Very thick plant and I will def. do some more aggressive gutting this round.
The buds are all fox-tailed spear like and very dense. Drying in the summer in Colorado can be tricky for sure. It's super hot and dry here now. I don't even have to smoke this stuff to know how potent it is, that will certainly not be an issue, but I feel her smell peaked around day 49ish.. had a much sharper tear jerking smell. I will def. give a nice cure before i indulge. Normally I just cant wait to dive in, but i think this one will be worth the extra wait. Reason being is that plants with more resin burn a lot hotter than leafier buds, and can really sting your throat, esp. when not cured.
You simply cannot beat the smoothness of a well cured NL'ish strain.
Enjoy!
