4 weeks into flowering-Just starting to get pistils?

This is not really a problem, as I am just curious to know why.
This particular plant grew very large and bushy, with no topping or LSTing whatsoever. I had it growing under CFLs up until recently(switched to 400W HPS).

What could be the reason that this plant is taking so long to flower?

Now that its under the hps you will see much more flowering, the the blue cfl wasnt encouraging flowering.

I used to flower under cfls for years and got nice yields, that's never happened in any of my grows with them, I've always had pistils popping no later than the 3rd week, maybe it's the genetics (more sativa or an outdoor strain) my Super Lemon Haze grew kind of similiar to that, then they exploded in growth after week 5/6.

doesn't matter if its clf mh or hps as long as u got the right spectrum and position your lights in the correct manner.

I was using 2700K red spectrum CFLs.

Plus my other girls already are developing their colas and lower budsites just fine, even when I was using CFLs.

Actually, the type of bulb does matter. If I was flowering with a 400W metal halide(which is the blue spectrum, used for vegging), I wouldn't see nearly as good of results come harvest compared to the red spectrum(2050K) HPS. Same goes with the CFLs.

maybe you stressed your plants by goin into your growroom when lights are off.. You should never go in your growroom when lights are on and turn lights on, that makes plant to go back into vegetative stage.
Night times should be uninterupted at all times except if you have a green light. hope this helps bro :)

I never said that I entered the room during their darkperiod...?

Thank you for the reply though.
