I fucking love my iphone. It does EVERYTHING. It has saved me so many times where I've been late, lost, need to look something up, needed a dictaphone with voice to text in a lecture needed a violin tuner etc...

I just don't understand why he won't use photobucket mobile like I said.

But that's what photobucket is for. Blame the browser developed by opera, not the hardware.

Trust me, I used to HATE all Apple products with fiery burning passion simply because I hated their popularity and didn't want to be seen as jumping on the bandwagon, figuratively.

Then I realised everything Microsoft my technician Daddy brought me up on was complete shit.

It's because you're using opera. That browser sucks nuts. I have no problem uploading with mobile safari. It fully supports every current specification for HTML/Javascript/CSS more so than a lot of regular web browsers.

To the OP. I'm pretty sure tapatalk works fine with RIU. As far as I know there is nothing a forum has to do to support tapatalk. It works off of API's that are built in to forum software like vbulletin (the software riu uses) and phpbb.

Lucky you!

Mama got the 3gs free on contract, then sold our old phones to buy herself an iPhone 4. She then gave me the 3gs and my dad went through 3 different smartphones until he gave in and got an iphone. (I love apple customer service too, I just got my secondhand iphone replaced with a free shiny new one. Helped me transfer all my data and I had a ball chatting to the staff)

Daddy is very happy using iRig with his guitar :3

iPhone 4 takes better video than some dedicated HD camcorders, so we use it in the studio sometimes for 2nd camera stuff.

Yeah, I use Opera by force of habit, I like the layout and stuff but it is a piece of shit browser. I just got used to stopping every page after I click on a link, tapping the address bar and reloading it with it open several times to make a page load. Or it clearing form data before I even tap outside the damn text box -_-;

How do you like it? A few of my friends that upgraded to a 4 don't like it nearly as much as they did their 3G or 3GS. Personally I love my 3GS, it does everything I need it to and more.

Everyone I work with is anti-Apple. They're always giving me shit, like oh Android is selling better than iPhone blah blah blah. That was until I linked them to the stats on returns. Androids are being returned at a rate of almost 40% while iPhone return rate is a steady 1.7% coincidence... I think not.

Well I like it just fine but I came out of the stone age with so I never had the 3GS. From what I understand though they are basically the same just a few different features, the only one I can think of would be the camera on the screen side and the FaceTime. What is it that your friends don't like better?

Funny how the androids sell more.......how many different models are there versus basically two iPhones.

Well originally they had the antenna problems that plagued the iPhone 4's. They just tell me little things that bug them, like more freezing (or pausing) than the 3GS, more faded signals, etc. Like I said just little things here and there. There is usually little issues with most electronics when they come out with new versions, so I usually try to stay a few version behind. I'll probably upgrade to the iPhone5 though for sure!! I may even camp outside of the store for this one :D

edit: yeah man, theres tons of android phones it's ridiculous. I don't like the fact that all of them have different features, and different UI's. I think it dilutes the brand a lot.

Heehee, people love to defend their iphones  Android are as shit as apple are imo, but at least they're not a rip off. I've always held off buying apple because of the obsolete hardware compared to it's competition, not because i didn't want to be seen as cashing in on the fashion statement. Found out my flatmate has the same HTC phone as me, and dislikes it just as much as I.

I have always said though, the folk that camp out on release week etc, i just can't understand that as normal behaviour, something has to be wrong with the mindset, or is there really that much thrill from having one for the 22 or three days before your colleagues? (this goes for any product, not apple alone)

People will defend their possessions whether it's an iPhone, or an Android, or a Crackberry. I think it's human nature.

I love my Apple products, not going to lie, I'm an Apple whore. Anything I want that Apple happens to make a product for, I buy Apple.

they still have that problem, i can't hold mine a certian way or it will go to no service. and this never happened with my cheap samsung flip phone from the same company. plus when i first got mine the camera wouldn't open so i had to go to the apple store and wait there for them to give me a brand new one. and when i was there they said they have been seeing a lot of that happening.

There's three iPhones in this house and no problems. I didn't even get mine from apple, it was pretty old. I put it on a stand, filming myself to send to my ballet instructor for correction, did a ronde de jambe en l'air a bit too enthusiastically and it dropped. So the 3G, call signal and Wi Fi went... but I admired the poor little thing valiantly trying to get one or the other working for a few minutes here and there. Poor baby. So I took it to the nice Apple people, along with my iMac (a really old one that had been knocked about before I got it and left running 24/7).They saw me all panicky about having no phone or computer with all my coursework on it, so did both together, gave me a shiny new phone, updated all my software, helped me tidy up my iphone sync and even waived the service charge.

I gave them a picture and they put it up on their staff room board :3

The amount of times in comparison, I've had other models of phone brick up on me, or been faced with a BSOD. I swear PCs have some sort of fatal error every five seconds. Even when there's something wrong with a Mac, the interface almost tries to calmly talk you through it X3

I don't know what was wrong with me, I hated Apple for the sake of hating apple. And now it's popular to hate Apple XP

I just got my iPhone 4 last October and I love it except I have to pay extra for data which I use all the time... My iPhone 4 has had the best battery life I've ever seen on a phone and only takes bout 30-45 min to fully charge... Only downset I've had is not being able to post pics on here but I'm gonna try the Photobucket app... I've had htc android market and it's cool cuz so many apps and free apps but the battery life on all android program phones don't last near cimpeded to my iPhone 4 but to each their own happy tokin and thanks for the Photobucket idea!!

So how do you guys attach a photo onto a RIU comment using the iPhone exactly? I'm using an iPad, and can post pictures through safari.... Is there another browser?? Or does the photo bucket mobile work for the iPad too?
