Don't do that or the trouble makers accomplish their goal.im also unsubbed, 400 pages of children arguing.
ya man it was brought up in another forum that growers vs growers is stupid it should be "UNITED WE STAND" against the people trying to stop us from doing what we love and makes us happy. your not gonna gain anything from hps growers fighting with led growers we should be working together to find the best setup for ourselves not pissing to see who can go the furthest, same as soil vs hydro .... who gives a fuck if your happy then just supply people with that info dont bash other methods cause you think yours is better. to bad most people are to blind to see this but for the few that do i salute you.Yeah and u dont have to insult everyone by calling them children Ive gained knowledge that I wouldnt have found elsewhere if not for this forum. I could habe blew alot of moneh on bs but I read good things here which helped me decide upon my purchase. Its usually some hps dick who wants to boast about how much bigger his buds are or some salesman catching shit. It may be uncalled for but they deserve it I dont care whos light is better I just wanna see some results from different leds. Im not gonna get mad cause your spectra or 1000 watt hps pulls more than me, im just gonna do what I can with what I got.
I have the same light and I love it. My space is a little smaller than yours and I only did three plants with it last time and 2 this time, I was very happy with my yield and its quality. I'm definitely getting more lights from them down the road.Im doing my first LED grow with Advanced Led 180 watt unit. Im in a 3x3 tent growing 9 Paradise Seeds Vertigo Auto Fems. Im really impressed with my results so far. Im just over 3 weeks old and the coverage is very good. When I rotate the plants, it only takes an hour for them to turn back towards the light. Its 11 bandwidths with UV and infrared bulbs. Anyone else use Advanced? I dont know the actual power consumption. I dont expect a large yeild, especially being autos, but my babies love it!!!!
Im very happy to hear some positive things about this light. I plan on getting at least 2 more in the future. Or has anyone compared 2 180's to a 360 watter?I have the same light and I love it. im runnin a 120w chineese model i actually bought it off craigslist it has no indication of company name or model. im quite happy so far too considering i thought they were gonna die a bit earlier on.Hey curly what brand leds u runnin there lookin pretty good bro and puff u got any pics of your grow with the advance? Im researching some more while I let my blackstar do its thang. I might buy a different brand next time just for variety in wavelengths and shit I know they cant all be exactly the same.
I agree completely curly.your not gonna gain anything from hps growers fighting with led growers we should be working together to find the best setup for ourselves not pissing to see who can go the furthest, same as soil vs hydro .... who gives a fuck if your happy then just supply people with that info dont bash other methods cause you think yours is better. to bad most people are to blind to see this but for the few that do i salute you.

I have yet to see some1 Post a Pic of a LED GROW with a LEGIT ROOM PACKED full of plants.. I keep seeing 4-8 plants under these led setups. I do not condone breaking the law by going over plant limits but cmon ppl. No way you can out preform a HID lit room packed full of plants with a room that uses LED. it may Look* neater, more colorful. but no way in hell will it out yield a HID. I continue to hear "if you know how to grow, their is no yield loss" Bs cause from the Get go their is Plant loss seeing as you can grow bigger more plentiful batches under HID. I will be proven wrong the second some1 posts 40-80x 1-3ft plants under a single LED setup.
I agree with the possibility of mixing panels because the few controlled comparison grows show different panels creating a different shade of green on the plant which might be a sign of different amount of nutes being used by the plant based on the wavelengths the plant is receiving. It could also have to do with different panels producing different temps which cause different watering schedule's....We need more data on this.Hey curly what brand leds u runnin there lookin pretty good bro and puff u got any pics of your grow with the advance? I don't think LED tech currently works that way...LED light is directionally bound meaning that it doesn't spread like a HID so to get the same coverage you would need multiple panels not just a large wattage LED light. I would agree that LED growing currently is more practical for smaller and not huge grows.I have yet to see some1 Post a Pic of a LED GROW with a LEGIT ROOM PACKED full of plants.. The problem with a lot of the bigger LED diodes is that they lose efficiency quickly. 1w are the most efficient but 3w offer much better penetration and are only a bit less efficient so most companies use them. If the larger 5-6w or higher bulbs become more efficient and are cooled better then they'll become a viable option. Kessils use a dense matrix LED to give higher power from a single point, but tey're really expensive. If you could make a large panel with several of them spread over a 2x2 area and put it on a light mover you'd get the same effect as bigger HID operations. Once prices fall in a couple years and more companies offer the high wattage tech I think we'll see more commercial style LED grows.Ahh I see, well maybe thats my issue with them.. the day LEDS light spreads and penetrates as well ill be a new Fan. imagine LEDs with bulbs 3-4 times as big.. why do the LED bulbs gotta be so small. cant they make a LED panel with large bulbs more output... LED on roids?
