security question, advise needed on smell and noise

Hi there

I'll be moving shortly to a flat with a small room in which I'll be growing. The problem is, the room is on the ground floor of the building, right next to the entrance to the building. that's a 3-4 meter (10-15ft) distance from the window of the room to the trail leading into the building, maybe just a bit more than that.

the room is about 3X1.5X2.5(h) meter area, and I plan on having a 1.20X1.20X2.00m (4'X4'X7') tent in there. Hoping to grow about 1lb or bud with a cooltubed 600w HPS. My last grow was 0.57gpw, so I'm thinking a bit more than that is likely with a good vertical setup and proper genetics.

so my question is - considering I get good odor and noise filteration, can I grow securely in that place? what kind of filteration will I need? I could get some proper ventilation, hundreds of cfms for exhaust, and a long enough carbon filter. would it be enough to vent the tent alone, or would I have to filter air separately out of the room as well? can I count on negative air pressure inside my tent/room that no smell will leak out of it?

In my last grow, I didn't even use a carbon filter - the grow room window was quite secluded, and tbh I didn't have so much smell - the adjacent room would usually smell, and sometimes the house too, but that didn't really bother me. Now it's a different story and I need to be sure I can lose all the smell. As for noise, I can get a muffler, can I count on that in this issue?

appreciate any help

Dude order online. Google that shit and a bunch will come up you can order. ONU also works for smell on cheaper scale.

i think its called OZN-1 by C.A.P and theres also thread about it being unsafe if u have too much of it in the room...i have one myself but dont need it becuase i have no grow atm..when i grew in my garage,u could smell it on the driveway,at the front door step,in the backyard(on the side of my house)

and i think it was due to the garage not being sealed off.

oh,and the smell issues were before i bought the ozone generator

thanks!

but I wonder - does an ozonizer actually guarantee that I will have no smell leaks whatsoever? I would imagine that a negative pressure system with a filter would do a better job on that, no? please educate me

If you use a ozone generator do not enter the room when it is on
as anything over .05ppm can very very harmful to humans........The main body part to be affected is your lungs...i would never use one just my thoughts

yes i've read about that..

well anyway, an ozonizer would be my last weapon, i will try using active carbon and stuff first, hopefully with negative pressure and a low odor strain i can make it with zero smell.
