Not to mention any point made that's not brimmed with positivity, seems to receive a very quick counter and attempt at a justification, as if the issue was never open to debate in the first place in the first place, sounds like you know exactly what you plan on doing. So why ask the question if you know in advance you're not going to accept any of the answers? Because that's certainly how it all reads, as if you had your decision made long before starting the thread.

Trying to make heads or tails of the mentality. Why would someone do this?

cause i was willing to buy more if i could be convinced it would be a good deal

Yet you stated that 50 was a financial limit.. It's his 50th birthday, yet you have to be convinced it's a good deal to buy him some more bud?

Again, sorry, perhaps i'm just getting confused by the wild variations in the story :D

Everyone has told you that you're not buying enough, but you seem to refuse to accept this and buy more. So why the thread? You knew what you wanted to do and how you planned to smoke, so why make a thread asking for peoples opinions on a matter they can know nothing about? And why ask on a weed forum where we grow weed and smoke whole piles of the stuff? What answer did you hope to recieve?

fifty is kinda high for me, but i would pay more if i dont get help from my brother and siser. Its hard, its coming out of my financial aid. At the most im willing to drop 100 bucks, but thats extremely pushing it. I dont have a job, so it is alot alot of money for me
