Soil ph question

Feel like a newb asking this ? But I can't find a straight answer anywhere so can someone shed some light on this for me...

If my soil starts at 7.0, and then I water with 6.5 water, the soil will stay at 6.5 right? Even if I add nutes to the water, and rebalance the water to 6.5 again, ((FF users know what I mean).....the soil will stay at 6.5 right?

The soil will have a natural tendency to want to be around 7, so even if you were to flush completely with some 6.5 water, it will still slowly creep back towards 7. Really anywhere between 6.5 and 7 are acceptable levels anyways.

i do a gallon at a time i fill it up and ad 1ml of ph down then add nutes and water, are u supposed to do it like that or after u ad everything

Fill your watering can with water then add nutes to the water. Then check your PH and balance.
