I have always fought high temps. I'm not in SoCal but it's 110F outdoors here as well...Fricken heat wave....34 days of over 100+ and no end in sight....only get's down to a low of mid 80's......My yard is suffering because of a watering ban.....Part of my problem is I keep upgrading every time I get a handle on it.....
I've used ice packs before that gets old fast, and tried blankets ....So I use the light colored buckets that helps, and using panda film for the covers helps reflect the light, before the canopy fills and blocks any little crack...I could remove mine now if I felt like it...
My cab temps drop down to 71 at night and I vent the cab with a small PC type fan to get it down to 72 degrees. I can never get that last degree. I have two 8 inch fans in the lower area blowing all around the reservoir's. I think mid 70's is when things will begin to grow in there that you don't want....My water temps don't get over 71 so far as I can tell. Without the cool down at night from the heat of the lamp I don't see a solution for you other than throwing down at lot of cash for water coolers and such......Come on winter....

Thats what I was afraid of.. O well.. might just delay it for a couple months.. But I am gonna put a bucket with water in the room for a couple days and see what temps I get.. How do you measure the temp of the buckets? any easy way? Maybe its cooler in their then I think .. I measure at the canopy... so I imagine it has to be a little bit cooler where the bucket would be.... Im just eager to run dwc again lol.

I use my pH meter. It has temp built into it as well as pH, Ec, ppm.

Had this badboy for a year. Haven't had to adjust the calibration once since I got it. Came with some fancy warranty too. I picked it up before my first grow when my best friend and I put in on the equipment to start our dream :}

Nice meter Lantern, mine are cheap Chinese imports. They seem to do the job. Hanna meters are nice....I was looking at a CAP tri meter but now with multiple reservoir's it might not be worth it.

your shit is cleeeeeean, and you got some mad brain power doing dwc and the only thing that is bothering you really is the waters temperature.

Holy shit man thats a crazy 3 day progression.
I have to say, scrogging is probably one of the more attention grabbing things for me.
Everyone does it differently, slightly.
And i'm still obsessed with your setup!
Your ladies in there must be pretty vain for you to put mirrors up around them all day :P
