I wasn't sure what you were going to have me do and I already had the wires all separated at the time So I went ahead and wired up the white wires to the white wires, and the black wire to the black wire Lol Everything works great, although I'm definitely down for that drawing so I can get every little bit of safety I can have. The green wire is not connected to anything, which is exactly like my power cord. I'm sure it can get safer Lol √

i think your green wire is mechanical ground. black is ground and white is your hot wire... you should have that green one hooked up to something metal right?

Nice update, this is the first time that wbrk x mk cross is being grown. Curious to see how it goes. I typically start topping and stuff after plants show sex. Plants will grow faster and show sooner. If you flip plants when they are real young, you may not want to do this tho.

My experience tells me males are usually thicker at the stems. Although i have seen some beefy females. Most of the time its the males that show strength and thick stems.

i don't have a lot of experiance sexing many plants so i didn't know about the stems, I hope mine are just big, and not males.. we will all know soon enough....

awesome, great job man!!! glad it works for ya!!! Hammer is correct, you want to use that green wire as a ground. you want the green wire to act as the metal conduit that was once connected. basically you want the green wire to connect to the metal housings on both sides. you can attach the wire to any part of the metal case or you can connect it right to the screw that held the metal conduit. if the wires are all inside and you can't loop it back, you can put a screw in the metal case and attach it that way if it is easier. plus it is always good to crimp on a ring terminal for a good mechanical connection. make sure there is bare metal where the wire connects to. it won't work on a painted surface. below is a pic where you can connect the green wire to.

yep, grounds are the most important part of wiring!!

yes sir!! i tried to put a security light on an extention cord,not knowing anything about wiring,(last time too!) as sonn as i plugged it in,my surge protector bagan to fry!lmao it came on tho!! gotta replace the power bar before i grow in my cab again now! stupid!! dk why i was even bothering!hahahaha

i remember years ago i was working in china, and i needed 110VAC to power a tool. this guy takes a 110 power strip, cuts the end off and connects a 220vac plug on the end!!!! he said "here ya go..." i said, no way, I'm not using that!!!!! so he plugs it in, and BOOM!!! chinese new year!!! fireworks everywhere!!!! i never saw a chinese guy's eyes get so round before!!! hahahaha he was a funny guy so he made a big joke of it afterwards.... still one of the funniest things i ever saw!!!

i probably would have never thougt about it if KMK didn't mention it.... I spent about 5 months in china on that trip!!! i even got to see chinese new year in shanghai one year, that was the coolest thing i ever seen!!!! St. Patrick's day in Ireland is a fuckin sweet time also! that was 3 or 4 years ago... i was in shannon for that one!

I like this chart, I've used it before but if you notice the column circled for us dirtbaggers it's right on the edge of lockout for 2 of your more important micro nutrients. Thats why I try and keep my ph levels in the upper 6s. I don't use a pen anymore but the drops are quite accurate.

Smoking some Caseyband for the first time in a month or two and boy am I stoned to the fuking bone hehe. Subbed buddy

It's great to have ya HC!!!! my setup has changed a bit since the first page... I now have a 4 x 4 flower area and I am 100% LED. I also use the drops for my PH. but to measure runoff PH I use the dip strips. I have a pretty deep well so my water hardly ever changes.

speaking of caseyband... here are a few pics of your creations. they are only 10" but I hope to get them into flower soon!!! and below them is another one of yours and the last photos are of the BB hermie.... I want to chop her down now!!!! maybe soon i will, the seeds are getting brown!!

No, they are vegging under an HTG 120W tri band. but the hermi has been under a 180 all of it's flowering. It's good to have ya stop by!!!

I smoked some strawberry kush back on the 4th of july, it was the best stuff i smoked since then.... i haven't stopped thinking about it since that night!!! but yea, that caseyband has some big ol' fat leaves!!

what's up blazed monkey!!! I use a varaiety of containers now... I was using these wide 2 gallon ones but they are not big enough anymore with the new lights. so now i am starting to use a milk crate with fabric liner in it. kind of like an airpot. but bigger and cheaper. below is a pic...

well not that plant anyway, I just had her outside to transplant her. it helps keep the mess down.haha but yea, I have grown outdoors for many years. mostly spray and pray in the past but most resent years with good genetics. this year I only have two plants outside. a tang dream, and a blueberry. keeping it low key this year, trying to keep everything inside.
