Please help i have no clue what could be wrong. my easyrider is currently flowering and the buds are looking nice but the leaves of the plant are slowly dying and turning brown. also when i touch the leaves they feel very crisp. Could it be too much nutes.....too much water.....too much heat....or it it just normal cause shes almost done with her lifespan? PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINON ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

take pictures. kinda hard to tell what it is, also will help a lot to know what type of soil, your watering/feeding cycle, temps indoor/outdoor. sometime lower leaves yellow and die off closer to harvest but you say brown cant really tell without a picture.

i cant really take pics or anything like that but i can just describe the situation as best az possible. shes an auto. age = 66 days. using ffof soil mixed with small amount of vermiculite. i feed her once a day, big bloom 1 day and tiger bloom the other. dont really give her straight water. temps im not sure but shes indoors and the lights are about 2 inches away or so. when my hands in between the light and plant its not to hot to me atleast. the leaves are turning yellow but then into a brown. Hope thats good enough

more info is needed, what kind of lights? 2 inches is prob too close! Where on the plant is the browning? Buy something to track temp at least.

i just have 6 cfl's set up. 2 top lights are 2700 and 4 5500 surrounding the sides. leaves are slowly yellowing and dying from the bottum up

Is it the lower leaves dieing off or the upper leaves? I just grew 3 easy ryders and the girls grew flawless, I also used FF nutes on them. late in the grow I lost a few lower leaves, but was not an issue at all, i expected it.

You can do a couple things.. foliar spray your plant with just water as soon as the lights go out, being an auto I am ssuming you are prob running 18/6 or 20/4 as that is optimal lighting for most auto's, you can also raise your light an inch or so, use the hand method, place hand at top of canopy, if your hand gets warm then the plant is getting warm, raise it till your happy with the temp level. AIR FLOW... lots of it circulating the plants and the room they are in.

Bottom up leave dieing is actually typical, its the plant taking needed nutes from them in the end... you can up your nute level a little to offset this if it will make you happy, otherwise let it be! Your almost done!

yes shes running on 20/4 and i do spray her folliage daily with water but i havnt when the lights go out. ive also been giving her half of the recomended nutes since shes an auto and all and i think she might be getting nute burn. i cant tell if its that or if the plants sucking the nitrogen from the fan leaves. how much did you yeild per plant?

ohh and i have 2 like 5 inch fans constanly blowing 24/7 on her. i think the airflow is pretty good "could be better" but i have a curtain that blocks her in so it could be trapping in heat?

Should foliar feed with lights on, plays as a magnifying glass... do it when lights go off, or right before. bud was awesome, but 3 plants only yielded 2.5-2.7 zips total... I will say 1 plant yielded 1.25 of that, the others stretched a little too much and I feel I caused their lack of yield on the other 2.

Are the leaves brown on tips and edges? i think its nute burn as feeding them in soil once a day sounds a bit rich. Give them a good flush wait a a week and back off nutes by 20% when u feed again.

yeah its got plenty of discoloration on some leaves i think ill do what you said and ease off with the nutes. i just want her to have az dense of budds az possible since shes only has about a munth left. Thanks

im expecting more than an oz from mine. i was actually hopeing for 2 or more. the main cola looks like itll be atleast a half oz nugg

how close are those fans , circulation is better then direct wind 24/7. in nature the wind doesnt blow 24/7 u could be drying out those leaves or the plant. just remember the more wind there is the more u have to water your plant.

you should not spray the plant when the lights are on cause the water sits on the leaves and gets burned into them thats why u spray when lights go out, its most likely heat issue or nute burn i wouldn't feed it nutes every watering only every second time or so, give it a good watering with nothing added and dont spray with lights on and check temps

alright guys thanks for the tips. im gonna write on here in about a week or so and let you all know how shes doing. ill try to get sum nice pics up too!
