That's not fare! You got some smoked salmon, when do I get some melon?! LOL! jk!

Nice job bro, folks think 'the weed cage' is to keep people out. It's for keeping those MONSTERS in!:o

I see the weed cage is hard at work again this year!:eyesmoke:

Looking greab TMB.. I have always wondered about the flavor of Mad Purps. I had some out of a dispensary and it was a nice smoke. :)

Hey ABM-
I've been smoking that strain for over 10 years now. Before I grew, I got my meds from a cat I met on-line playing " EA sports Tiger Woods 99". He lived in Humboldt County, we would play on line every night, after a few weeks of playing he became my playing partner, he let me know his business after he found out I medicated, and a friendship was born. When I started growing 3 years ago I asked for clones, and he was more then happy to help me out.
Very flavorful, nice bag appeal, and stony as hell. Indoor strain for sure, tough to keep in veg when put outside in May, I had to put lights above them to keep in vegetation when I put them outside.

Killer grow TMB! Wish I would have made it here sooner. Will def stay tuned in now.
Too funny,
I'm over posting in your thread, and your here posting in mine....lol
Good luck with them Caterpillars, sounds like you have an uphill battle for sure. I need to start spraying BT this week too. I see moths flying out when I'm pulling yellow leaves. Never had a real issue before with Caterpillars, but I never had an issue with mites outdoors before either, but this years another story. I think it's the vegetable garden bringing in the pests, I will spray for pillars now too.
Thanks for checking in....

I've always avoided growing vegetables near my ganja for that reason. They attract & spread bugs!

Stay on them bro, I'm thinking of stepping up to spraying twice a week

yea, I used to grow everything together, I like to have MJ, veggies, and pretty flowers all together, but he's right, and I've been keeping mine seperate this year too and no pests so far.

Hello all-
All I can say is that "growing herb is a learning process".
The Ag netting came in yesterday and put up today. I only have 2 plants (Mad Purps in the cage) wrapped up like jj & Medi have their plants wrapped up. The rest I just put a flat layer (running roughly 18" above the SCROG screen) for the buds to grow through. I'll update with photos soon.

Hello all-
Well it's been a very mild summer so far. The high temp for the year was 99.7 before today. I'm glad to announce (not really, hate hot weather) that today's high temp was 101.5. Calling for HOT temps through the week, then a 10 degree cool down for labor day weekend.

Stay cool...

Thuricide: a caterpillars worst nightmare. I sprayed this stuff on and 3 days later no problems at all, all caterpillars are long dead. Do not get this shit on your skin though, or breath it in! Dear god it can do some damage to your skin! Scared me first time I used it. Next time I'll wrap up real well and cover my face. JJ knows better than to spray without his face covered!

Hello all-
I got up this morning early, 5:45am, hung out watching the hurricane news in NYC, while "talking to the hawk" (medicating). Went down to the garden, and started watering the girls when the wife yelled "TMB" (my god given name though) with that tone I hate to hear. Yes dear....
I think we have a water leak.....
CRAP.....
I have an artisan well the drains into a 2500 gallon tank. The valve that comes off the tank and the line that feeds everything (house, garden, horses, everything) has separated and is leaking. I need to rebuild the line from the valve to the manifold, PAIN IN THE ASS. Had to chip-out (rock-bar) a bunch of cement/rocks so I have room to work. The wife is down the mountain and will phone me when she gets to Lowes for my parts order.

Lets hope this afternoon turns out better.

Hot weather....101.3 yesterday, going to be a pain in the ass this job, and the weather don't help.
I'll update after the wife comes home.

I think our snap pea plants brought in the mites to my garden this year, they were the first plants i noticed that had mites so i destroyed them, but by that time i started to see mite damage to the leaves of my cannabis.... sucks.... i wont be getting veggie plants from OSH any more.... now im on the defense and still tryin to keep control.... at this point its all i can do is try and keep them from totally infesting... id much rather have none but ill settle for very little if they wont go away all together you know, as long as they dont get to start webbing and the spots subside then i think ill be ok!
